If you Google me and somebody else's big, dumb face and info comes up, please let me know so I can sue them or something (I don't really know how identity theft works).
I like people and things, but not everybody and not all things. I feel like that's reasonable and realistic. Nobody's perfect.
I don't HATE anybody; I make an effort to practice empathy and treat others with respect. In addition to being too lazy to lie and generally destroy someone like a human bomb, I'm also too lazy to hate people. I get the appeal; you get to hang out with people who look and think the same as you and you can yell at folks who don't, which sounds AWESOME! But once it turns into a whole organized "thing" with meetings and t-shirts, UGH, I'm not into it. It's sooo much easier to just leave people alone and anything easy automatically suits my mindset and lifestyle. Plus, this approach has led to meeting some really cool individuals, so there's that.
Basically, If you find yourself saying things like "I'm not racist/sexist/homophobic/etc, BUT...", we're not going to get along very well.
The comedy thing is really starting to take off for me, so I'm devoting a lot of time and energy to that. I think I would come off as a bad guy, sort of an arrogant ass who is in love with himself and his creative pursuits, if I used this as a forum just to publicize my gigs, but I don't think that's really who I am. However, I'm okay with coming up just short of being a bad guy if it means people come out to shows. So while I won't go so far as to advertise specific shows, I would invite you to come see me perform some time. How's that?
Movies: I love most movies, but not the ones where nobody speaks English and characters spend lots of time staring sadly out of windows. That doesn't mean I don't like foreign films, just the ones where nothing happens.
TV shows: I don't own a TV. Not because I'm an anti-TV snob, but because I don't have time to watch it so I cancelled my cable. And without cable, I don't need a TV so I gave it to somebody who broke theirs.
Music: Still not over Prince dying, so I listen to his old music. Kendra Morris is my new, current favorite.
Food: I eat a lot more vegetables than meat these days. I like them. They taste good and don't make me feel sleepy.
2) The next project after that.
3) This position is currently vacant, so I guess technically I can live without it, but somebody to scratch my back from time to time would be awfully nice.
4) Early discussion of a future project
5) Surrounding myself with creative people
6) Ideas that may at some point turn into future projects.
