If you love Miyazaki, the Dalai Lama and/or know the best ramen place in town, this list may need not apply.
I have a career in film making. More specifically, I direct at a cartoon tv network. And it's sucking the life out of me! It's the best and worst thing a human can do. Why anybody would choose this career path is beyond me! But alas, I love doing it. Maybe it's a self punish thing? Who knows.
Filmakers- Steven Speilberg, Akira Kurosawa, , Hayao Miyazaki, Paul Thomas Anderson, Martin Scorsese, Chris Nolan, Billy Wilder, Wes Anderson just to name a few.
Movies- It really depends on the mood I'm in.... If I'm feeling adventurous and artsy I'll pop on a Wes Anderson film, if I'm feeling calm and peotic Kurosawa can't be beat, and if it's blood and gore I seek Tarantino will always satisfy.
Music- Soul music is my jam! Love rap(I even spit a few verses every once in a while (￣^￣)ゞhttps://m.soundcloud.com/who-san_n_masterfrog)
Love funk, LOVE Jazz, Love music from Japan. Joe Hisaishi makes my heart soar.
Shows- Sorry to be pretentious, but most shows suck nowadays. There are a few good ones but most of them lack cinematic beauty. I watch Bill Maher a lot!
Food- I truly love food! And I love to cook! My forte is Japanese cuisine. Okonomiyaki anyone?!?!?( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
Lunch breaks while listening to rap
I often wonder what things lead people to experience true joy, happiness and utter depression. I think about how people should treat each other, and how thoughts protect people and myself from experiencing life.
I try to relate the significance of the stories I love to actual situations and actual life. To me if a person acts like an antagonist from a movie, they should see how that movie ends.
But seriously, let's talk over some coffee! And have some laughs!
