My self-summary
I'm a big dorky nerd and I'm totally cool with that. I'm a bit of a loner, need to have my "me time". I really enjoy reading a good book with a cup of coffee while sitting outside in the sunshine, or sunbathing. I cam be a bit of a gamer girl, I have been known to get lost in a video game for hours on end. I'm also a toucher, I believe in the power of hugs and massage. Its amazing how much better a person can feel after some physical affection. I curse like a sailor and look like the girl next door. I've been described as cute so many times I'm starting to believe I'm one of the examples they give in the dictionary.
I’m really good at
Attracting people. For the most part, to know me is to love me; this does not always hold true however no one is universally liked no matter how hard we try. I'm a giver not a taker and I think that people can sense that.
I like to touch. My dogs love me for the rub downs I give. I'm good at finding the spot that hurts or holds all the stress and making it melt away.
Also I listen and actually really try to hear what people are saying which I'm learning is a rare skill. I empathize a lot which becomes a challenge when others do not do the same.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I am female. We all look for gender first when we see a new person. After that it could be a variety of things but it would most likely be my smile, I smile and laugh a lot.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite book is Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. Its old and its probably that times version of a chick flick but I love it. I like to read sci-fi and crime/mystery books. Two of my favorite authors are Stephen King and Patricia Cornwell. I also have a weakness for romance novels. They're like chocolate in literary format.

I love comedic movies. Laughter is good for the soul and the abdomen, why not indulge in some of it? I can do some horror but usually I either get really freaked out or start laughing inappropriately and really freak out the people around me. I enjoy a good action flick every now and then, who doesn't? Documentaries are good too, they can be quite interesting and informative and sometimes a good documentary can get you interested in something you never really thought about before.

I tend to binge on television shows. Sci Fi is a favorite genre. Also like things with strong female characters, go figure. Have you ever watched every episode of SNL from 1990 to 2010? Perhaps we'll have something to talk about then.

I like a really eclectic assortment of music. I'm not good with band names or song titles but I like all different sorts of things. Tenacious D is currently in my CD player and has been for awhile. I've also been listening to a lot of soulful females and Bill Withers. Not a big fan of country, sorry just not my thing.

I like to eat all kinds of things but I try to stay away from fat and grease. I don't always succeed but at least I make a token effort. Fruits and vegetables are my friends. For awhile there I basically lived on banana milkshakes. Feed me, I am the hungry thing.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Interpersonal relationships. If I'm interacting with other humans in reasonable / sane ways.

How to go about making myself the best possible version of me.

How flawed our society is.
On a typical Friday night I am
Tired. It's been a long week and I'd like to relax for a while.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I don't speak my mind as often as I should. You'd never guess it since I seem to be such an open happy person. My ex used to tell me I am a mystery wrapped in an enigma. I'm a really tough nut to crack.
You should message me if
You are intelligent.

You have a weird/nerdy/dorky side that just waits for the perfect opportunity to flaunt itself.

You have a wickedly awesome sense of humor.

You are chill and want to have a good time. This girl is always down for some drama free fun.

Grammar is your friend, not some hobo you've had locked away in your basement for years with the intent of gradually beating it to death.
