My self-summary
See where it says 'seeing someone'? Please acknowledge I am interested in friendship only.

I am Lillian Low. I live in London and like lots of things. I try to be as polite and sweet as possible, but i'm also a very shy person. Also i'm kinda funny looking.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a freelance artist and illustrator and also design acrylic jewellery for my company Callooh and Callay. On top of that I'm a 'character model' which basically is modelling for non-conventional looking people. I'm currently learning to make makeup and other cosmetics, which is very interesting! I spend the rest of my time eating pears and sweets, dancing around and watching a lot of TV.
I’m really good at
dancing badly, singing badly, painting, drawign and sculpting not quite so badly, knowing all the lyrics to songs, Singstar on the easy level, Just Dance, spending money, cooking specific things, making up silly little songs, eating lots of sweets, doing an exaggerated impression of Morrissey, over-dressing to go to the Co-op, making up very stupid dances, being anxious.
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably the way i look, but that's really boring. So personality wise I'd say it's that I'm very nervous, and say exaggerated and silly things.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I mainly read childrens books, my favourites being Kasper in the Glitter and Dakota of the White Flats by Phillip Ridley, The Magical Monarch of Mo by L Frank Baum and the Harry Potter series. I also love non fiction books, and also those books based on comedy programs that were popular in the 90s like the Adam and Jo show book. I like a few adult fiction books, A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess especially, Riddley Walker by Russell Hoban and about one other that i can't remember right now. I like A Song of Ice and Fire too. My favourite author is Dr. Seuss. I like comics too but tend to read graphic novels/Trade paperbacks. Batman is my favourite comic character.

I like Movies a whole lot too. Some of my favourites are Cry baby, Labyrinth, Forbidden Zone, BrainDead, Phantom of the Paradise and Edward Scissorhands but i think shamefully my very favourite is Grease 2. I like most early Tim Burton films and also Frankenweenie. I love all John Waters films, apart from A Dirty Shame. I also like a lot of Video Nasties, Zombie films and other very gorey horror films, because i find them really funny. I like a lot of fantasy films too, like Mirrormask, the Dark Crystal etc, and things with puppets are always good. I've got a bit of an obsession with Silent Films at the moment, because they always look so beautiful. I like musicals a whole lot too, like Rocky Horror, Shock Treatment, Bugsy Malone and animated films. I have a large collection of horrible films that make me laugh like Can't Stop The Music (the Village people musical!), Absolute Beginners and Show Girls.

Music is probably my most beloved thing on this earth. I'm very eclectic, and really like anything that's a bit theatrical, or that can inspire some form of emotion in me. So anything from bubble-gum pop to country to 70s Punk. i guess my favourite music mainly comes from the 80s. My top favourite bands and artists are Art Brut, Mr Solo, David Devant and his Spirit Wife, Oingo Boingo, the Tiger Lillies, Kate Bush, Cyndi Lauper, Scott Walker, ABC, David Bowie, Talking Heads, Morrissey and the Smiths, Aqua and Hanson, Les Rita Mitsouko and best of all Sparks.

I'm quite fussy when it comes to food. I'm a vegetarian, and can't take anything remotely spicy (not even a sprinkling of pepper). i like plain margherita pizza and various pasta dishes best. I have a huge sweet tooth and love all forms of cakes, sweeties and other desserts. Probably my all-time favourite food is ice-cream. I'm quite good at cooking and baking and find it very enjoyable.

I also love television. It's really unpopular these days to say you love tv, but i don't see why. It's a brilliant source of entertainment. my favourite programs are mainly comedies like South Park, Spaced, 30 rock, Peep Show, Arrested Development, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia etc but i also love Eastenders and Neighbours, nature documentaries (particulary with David Attenborough) and a lot of cartoons. i also love old childrens tv programmes.

I play Video Games too. At the moment it's mostly Skyrim but I also love the Batman Arkham games, Silent Hill 1, 2 and 3, various Final Fantasy games, Epic Mickey, Shadow of the Colossus, various Mario, Zelda and Sonics and some physical games like Just Dance.
Six things I could never do without
Honestly i have no idea if there is anything i truly could not live without as luckily I have never been in a situation where I've had to find out. The main important things are music, my best friends (and a means of contacting them), money, my family, art materials and candy.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
David Bowie. People don't seem to appreciate just how silly he is. My mind is full of obscure and pointless trivia about him. Did you know it's rumoured that he owns the rights to Connect 4?
On a typical Friday night I am
In my house, on my sofa, watching Eastenders and some stupid horror or action film while eating pasta.
Thrill to my exploits!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Once when very drunk and hungry on the way home from a club my sister and I ate a pizza we found on the bus.
