My self-summary
I'm a semi-recent Boston transplant! I grew up in southern RI, and am close with my family and friends that live there. I consider myself to be a blend of artsy and scientific depending on what's best suited for the situation.

I'm a huge fan of music. I play a few instruments like guitar, bass and drums. Generally try to go to shows or concerts as often as possible.

I'm in decent shape - I drive past the gym almost everyday.

I'm really into uphill skiing, base jumping (as long as it's less than 5 feet high) and offroad mopeding.
What I’m doing with my life
College graduate with degrees in Biology and Pharmacology (PK/PD). I'm currently working as a pharmaceutical researcher for a drug company in Boston. Specifically, I work doing molecular discovery concerning mostly proteins. Recently moved into the city, it's a welcome change being so close and able to walk places.
I’m really good at
Parallel parking. Is it possible to own a car in Boston and not be good at this?

Listening to people and giving advice. Problem solving. Fixing things.
The first things people usually notice about me
My green eyes, as well as my friendly personality and sense of humor. You can be the judge of that though.

Tons more, my taste is super diverse.

Hamilton, Avenue Q.

As far as food goes, I'm not too picky. I love a good burger or pizza with a cold beer.
The six things I could never do without
1. HOT showers
2. Warm clothes on a cold morning
3. Caffeine
4. Reddit
5. Nice pair of running shoes
6. Power strips. (Gotta have enough plugs for the BILLIONS of chargers and electronics hanging around. God forbid I have to unplug anything.)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to make more desserts on the BBQ.
What the Colonel's secret recipe REALLY is.
If everyone Wang Chungs tonight, what would tomorrow be like?
The great debate of green vs red Tabasco, do you want the heat or the flavor?
On a typical Friday night I am
Seeing a show or concert with friends, grabbing a drink at a new spot, or having a relaxing night in.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm a cancer survivor
You should message me if
If you laughed while reading my profile and understand my sense of humor, shoot me a message. Messages need not be in iambic pentameter. If you don't know what to say, try chatting me up about global warming. I hear it's a great way to break the ice.

I'm looking for a girl that isn't afraid to let her hair down (unless she's wearing a wig), somebody that is breathing - preferably not in any type of relationship, such as marriage, a cult, or prison. A woman that has a steady head on her shoulders, but not a steady shot when she's mad.
