My self-summary
Last year I made some changes in my life and some changes came naturally. I left a decent paying job up north to be closer to my father, whose health hasn't been good the past couple years. I didn't do it without a plan, I had a job lined up for when I moved. This where the natural changes have come into play, after working night shifts for almost 6 years and having little time for a social life outside of work, I'm looking forward to working days and having nights to go out.

As far as personality I would describe myself as dedicated, loyal, laid back and a joker.
What I’m doing with my life
In the year and a half I've been trying to get out as much as I can, trying to relieve stress of the daily grind. Since the beginning of the year I've been trying to get use to waking up at the butt crack of dawn for work, with luck in the getting up but not waking up. Though I have been taking advantage of having nights open baseball and hockey games, as well as concerts. But not really meeting too many people outside of work, which I'd like to change.
I’m really good at
-Humorous rants and creating ridiculous conspiracy theories to base my stories off of.

- Drawing and creating crazy characters, coworkers seem to ask the same question, "Why are you here?" or that I'm wasting my talent when I show them what I do in my free time, which I inform them that I'm working on correcting that.

- Cooking, been doing it since I was 12 because my mom was horrible, seriously macaroni and cheese is not a soup dish.

- Trivia...or in other words being the person that people tend to go to when there's a question just nagging them and they don't have access to Google or don't care to take the time to look up.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I look like Kevin Smith or actually I get Silent Bob more.

If I'm just out in public, it's probably the fact I have a sketch book in front of me.

I'm easy to get along with.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My collection is mainly reference books because I'm working on teaching myself a few things, but I do have a few nonfiction favorites.
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy...Digital Fortress...The DaVinci Code...Matilda...Shel Silverstein...Robert Frost poetry...Edgar Allen Poe...working on finding time to read Neil Gaiman

Too many to really get into, have a pretty big collection that is wide ranging, but here are a few of my favorites to give a little insight.
- Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
- Garden State
- The Secret World of Walter Mitty (Ben Stiller version)
- What Dreams May Come

TV Shows:
South Park...Family Guy...House...Bones (even though I haven't really watched it for a while do to scheduling conflicts)...Doctor Who...Seinfeld...Breaking Bad...Walking Dead...Numbers...Criminal Minds

It ranges all over the place depending on what I'm doing and usually let others choose the music, but here's a sample of what I do listen to when I'm on my own.
Les Claypool...Maynard James Keenan (Tool, APC, Pucifer)...Alice in Chains...Cake...Tom Waits...Stone Sour
Pres. of the USA...Pearl Jam...Offspring...Imogene Heap
The Shins...The Pixies...Sublime...Nine Inch Nails...Colin Hay
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs...Ok Go...Lindsay Stirling...Flogging Molly...Peter Gabriel...David Bowie...Mumford and Sons...Black Keys...Of Monsters and Men...Kill Hannah...Stabbing Westward...The Birthday Massacre...Ladytron...Lacuna Coil

Oh and cheesy 80's pop, the cheesier the better

Food: I'm a meat and potatoes guy, Chinese food, pasta and pizza. I however don't really do seafood since I've hardly had any good experience with it.
The six things I could never do without
1) creativity - without it things get boring
2) conversation - always have a desire to share ideas, even if it's with myself
3) entertainment
4) deep thought - can't help it, my brain just won't shut up
5) friends - they're the ones that keep the silliness going as far as my drawings go.
6) pencil and paper - I just hate when I have a random thought and there isn't any around.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The secrets to the Universe, whether society has truly lost its mind or is it just the fact we get to see it all through the wondrous internet. My next creative venture, would really love to do mask making, as in special effects make up. Or complete randomness, whether it be something from the news, a project idea or just some ADD spawned nonsense.
On a typical Friday night I am
I don't have a typical Friday night because I've usually been at work and just recently have had that night open up in my free time schedule. But I guess I would go with the typical answer of going out somewhere nearby to have a couple drinks or staying home and relaxing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have skipped barefoot through an apartment complex lobby in overalls and a gas mask, unfortunately the video of this occurrence is most likely never to seen again...unless I run for public office.
You should message me if
If you feel compelled to, just say hi with any random thing you can think.
