My self-summary
Honestly, not the best at summarizing myself in writing (or anyone, for that matter!). Besides, there's too much to know about a person to summarize accurately. Best summary i can say is I'm a theatre guy, love being on stage (Playing Saxaphone, in a band, acting, karaoke, whatever).
What I’m doing with my life
I graduated from UT Dallas in December of 2013 and currently have a job in Channel Sales (not glamorous, but it pays the bills). While I'd love to get into the game design or voice acting fields, I'm perfectly happy doing those as just a hobby (less stressful that way).
I’m really good at
I've been playing the Saxophone since junior high (though just on and off lately), and guitar (again on and off) since high school. I have a weakness for community theatre and I'm usually in one show or another (usually musicals)
The first things people usually notice about me
my eyes, my nickname (friends call me Crispy, hence the profile name)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Currently reading the Song of Ice and Fire series, and I enjoyed the Dune series, as well as almost anything in a fantasy setting.

When it comes to TV, I watch things on Netflix more often than not, and my nerdy side definitely shows there, as I watch quite a bit of Sci-fi (I.E. Doctor Who, Firefly, Supernatural, Stargate, etc.) as well as Game of Thrones, South Park, Family Guy, Archer, and lately I've been enjoying watching random stand-up comedians

I listen to several different genres of music, though Classic rock definitely takes the majority (helps that I was raised on it) along with modern rock, a bit of alternative, and jazz. some of my favorite bands include (but are not limited too): Aerosmith, Led Zepplin, The Beatles, Avenged Sevenfold, Disturbed, Rise Against, Cage the Elephant, Stone Temple Pilots, Soundgarden, Breaking Benjamin, Gordon Goodwins Big Phat Band, and Yoko Kano to name just a few
The six things I could never do without
my guitar, my computer, my friends/family, theatre, books, music
On a typical Friday night I am
If I'm not in rehearsal for a show (or a performance of said show) I'm usually hanging out with friends, singing karaoke, or chilling at home on my computer (yeah...little bit of a gamer).
You should message me if
you want to get to know me, or want me to know you better. I'm always up for chatting.

Messaging is great and all but i feel the best way to get to know someone is in person. there's so much you can learn about mannerisms and demeanor that just doesn't carry through text. That being said, I am not only open to meeting someone in person, i prefer it. Even grabbing lunch or a drink or two, walking around somewhere, karaoke, whatever!
