My self-summary
I'm Dillon, I like learning new things, D&D, music, movies that have a good plot and well developed characters, SCIENCE, tattoos, animals, piercings, reading, mohawks, music, standup comedy, driving my Dodge Ram, the beach at night and intelligent conversation. I am a hard worker, my job is physically and mentally demanding but most of the time I love it. I am a transplant from Long Island, NY since 2011. No I don't have a rediculous New York accent but I am definitely used to living at the pace of a New York minute. Florida has treated me well thus far but I do occassionally get homesick. Although my "details" section states that I don't drink, smoke nor do drugs that certainly doesn't mean I don't know how to have a good time. Why and how are two questions I frequently ruminate on. If I had to describe myself in 3 words I'd pick intelligent, alternative and caring.
What I’m doing with my life
For now I am an HVAC-R technician or Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration; I also do commercial appliance repair. At some point I'd like to go back to school for some sort of engineering degree.
I’m really good at
Problem solving, finding answers to the random questions that constantly pop into my head, fixing things, listening, reading people's emotions, hacky sack, putting up mohawks and driving.
The first things people usually notice about me
I get a lot of comments on my eyes and tattoos. What did you notice first about me?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love movies; some of my favorites are Phantom of the Opera, Iron Man, Love and Other Drugs, Wall-E, V for Vendetta, A Clockwork Orange, K-Pax, American History X, A Nightmare Before Christmas, Repo!: The Genetic Opera, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Memento, SLC Punk, Seven, The Boondock Saints, American Beauty and Yes Man.

Books: A Brief History of Time / The Universe In a Nutshell by Stephen Hawking, 1984 by George Orwell, The Spark of Life by Frances Ashcroft, Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, The Viral Storm by Nathan Wolfe, in general anything science fiction, straight science or fiction that gets you to think deeply or philisophically, I enjoy

As far as music goes I have pretty eclectic music tastes, here are some of my favorites: Nine Inch Nails, VNV Nation, The Dresden Dolls, Korn, Alice In Chains, Nirvana, Rob Zombie, System of a Down, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Beatles, Depeche Mode, Incubus, Gorillaz, Green Day, Mindless Self Indulgence, No Doubt, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Sublime, Tool, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queen, Eminem, and The Prodigy.

I'm a foodie; I love all different types of cultural foods but if I had to pick a favorite, I'd say it's Japanese Cuisine.

TV: House MD, Bones, Sanctuary, Doctor Who, South Park, Game Of Thrones !!, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, I really love NatGeo, History Channel, Discovery Channel, Science Channel. I don't have any "must see" interest in any televised sport but I do enjoy watching UFC when I can
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How things work, my ambitions, music, how to budget for more body mods and my job.
On a typical Friday night I am
Usually trying to recharge my batteries from a week of hard work. Saturday and Sunday nights are when I am out having a good time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I mouthwash before and after I brush my teeth. Other than that there are no secrets here, I'm an open book! If you have the courage to ask, I'd be happy to tell all :P
You should message me if
You liked what you read!
