My self-summary
Guess I should start with the basics right? I've been single for about 2 years now. Mostly by choice because I needed time to figure myself out and what I want. That being said I feel like it's time I can put some effort into a relationship now and not be hindered by the past.

I work full time at a local dealership slinging parts through my window and yelling obscenities at the technicians. I like to have fun and I am lucky that I can have fun and joke where I work. Most people can't have an outlet like that at work. I also use sarcasm, wit, and interpretative dance. Just kidding. I'm friendly to everyone I encounter but I wouldn't say I'm outgoing. When I first meet someone I am usually quiet until I decide whether they are worth opening up to. I can't decide if I'm an introvert that wants to be an extrovert or an extrovert that wants to be an introvert. I like solitude but not for long, I like to be around people, but if I'm around too many I want to be by myself. I am an enigma, wrapped in a quandary, shrouded in mystery.

I have many interests and hobbies. It would be easy to say I am eclectic but I don't think that word fully encapsulates who I am so let me tell you and decide for yourself. First and foremost I am not an NC native. I moved here from a small town in the San Francisco Bay Area about 7-8 years ago. I would say the town but it would be pointless, that's how small it is so let's just go with near SF. In my tenure here I have made some great friends and don't some pretty stupid things but wouldn't change a single second of it. I feel like I went on a bit of a tangent there so lets get back to what this is supposed to be about, who I am. My first major identifier would be that I'm a car guy. From the time I was 3 sitting on my grandfathers lap looking at old car books up till now cars have been a part of my life. I think they are beautiful and like art in many ways. Even new cars that people modify, it's an art. An outward expression of someone's individualism. Also why I like car sub culture like rat rods and hot rods. True expression of who a person is.

Switching gears for a second (ba dum cha!) I also enjoy the dorkier things In life. I love video games, but don't worry they don't rule my life. Anime and cartoons are awesome, graphic novels are starting their way into my collection of books, have seen Star Wars too many times to count. Not a Star Trek fan although the new movies are starting to change my mind a little. Craft beer has also become a hobby of mine. I say hobby because I hunt for certain ones and am currently trying every pumpkin beer I find. Gonna start trying to brew my own beer this winter, anyone care to try with me?

I know what you are thinking. Where is he going with this? he is kinda interesting but i wanna know more before i decide! cliffhanger.....wanna know more? why dont you hit that green button and say hey and see where it goes. Don't literally say hey because that sucks. Say something interesting
What I’m doing with my life
I'm just trying to live people, isn't that enough?
I’m really good at
Diagnosing car trouble as it turns out. It's a strange gift. I don't work on cars a lot but I have such an extensive knowledge of the inner workings I can figure out what's wrong usually by hearing it or someone telling me what it does. That's my useless super power!
The first things people usually notice about me
My car actually. Nothing about me really stands out...other than my awesomeness which radiates from me. Seriously though I think it's the car just because its so different.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I think the best way to do this would be breaking this down into categories.

Books: "Harry Potter", "Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Friend", anything by Stephen King, Dave Pelzer's books, and anything else I may find interesting

Movies: Stranger Than Fiction. I mean I have a lot of movies and like a lot but that's my current favorite.

Shows: I don't watch a lot of tv but when I do I like things like True Blood, The Walking Dead, various anime, and cartoons.

Music: I prefer Classic Rock and Country but I also get down to a little bit of everything. Bluegrass, metal, swing, big band, lounge, rockabilly. I am not defined by any one genre.

Food: Mexican, Greek, Thai, Japanese....lets just go with ill try anything once...twice if I like it
Six things I could never do without
Monster Energy
A mode of transportation
Craft Beer
I spend a lot of time thinking about
