My self-summary
I'm a British chap living and working in Melbourne. I've been here for a couple of years now and I'm sponsored through work (so, no, I don't need you for a visa...)

I have traveled around a fair bit in my life. I grew up in Denmark, saw a lot of Europe, moved to the UK and also spent a year in Japan. I love travelling and seeing new places.

I work as a software developer and I consider myself lucky that I enjoy the work that I do. While I can do quite complicated tech stuff, my friends mostly just need me to fix the settings on their iPhones.

For fun I like to read (not as often as I should) and am quite into movies and love going to the cinema. I enjoy going out for food and drinks. I love exploring new things and try to go for random adventures when I can. I also spend far too much time on Reddit (particularly /r/cringe).

I've also recently got a bike and I'm loving cycling everywhere at the moment. Cycling along the river on a warm sunny day is the best!

My sense of humor is quite dry, which doesn't really work so well out here. Most of the time people don't realise when I'm joking and just look at me strangely.

Overall I am a relaxed, easy-going guy that is probably too honest for his own good. I'm also quite open and difficult to offend, so feel free to ask me anything. Interesting questions are the best!
What I’m doing with my life
Mostly figuring it out as I go along, exploring the world when I can, trying to find new things to experience.
I’m really good at
talking, if I'm being honest. I can keep going for hours but I'm very open to being told to shut up when I've gone on for too long ;)
The first things people usually notice about me
No idea. Probably face.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
- I, Immortal

- Logan's Run
- V for Vendetta
- Predator (Arnie at his Arniest)

- Futurama

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Almost everything, I think about all sorts of stuff. Quite often though it's about something funny that happened previously and I have to stop myself laughing out loud in public.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once shaved my beard to try and look like Robert Downey Jr in Ironman. It only lasted 5 minutes before I had to admit it wasn't a good look and shaved it off.
You should message me if
you're a nice person, enjoy chatting, a bit of a romantic and don't take yourself too seriously.

Wit and intelligence are definite bonuses.
