Books: LOTR/Silmarillion, Catch-22, House of Leaves, Infinite Jest, Jonathan Strange, GoT (except book 4), Neuromancer, anything by Neal Stephenson, China Mieville, Michael Chabon, Neil Gaiman (yeah, I enjoy the sci-fi/fantasy). buy non-fic aspirationally but tend not to get around to reading it. Lots of blogs - baseball, politics, tech, movie and tv criticism.
Food: While I could survive indefinitely on just french fries, I'll eat just about any type of food, esp. seafood, Japanese, bacon, Chipotle, bbq, Ben's... No mushrooms though!
