I've achieved my goal of Executive Chef, and recently left the corporate monkey business. I am currently developing a great local concept for multiple CO locations as well as preparations for national expansion.
Love to teach, something that I was doing for a while at work but never felt it again til recently, seeing the results of teaching someone to cook using a certain technique and then seeing them use it later is such an awesome feeling. I'm an avid gardener and have the green thumb out of my family and circle of friends, can't wait to start picking all the veggies that have grown in the garden.
Music - widely varied, live music or DJs I like it all, Grew up listening to Oldies and Country, so I sometimes sneak in a song or two and I can pretty much associate it with a great memory. found some bands through some friends such as the XX, fun, Atlas Genius, Phoenix etc.
