My self-summary
I used to read the dictionary for fun. I also liked to spend school breaks, and sometimes classes, reading fantasy/sci-fi novels and doodling under my desk. As a kid, I occasionally thought it might be fun to be an elf in Lord of the Rings, or an alien in Independence Day (one of my favorite movies).

I love dystopian science fiction. End of the world scenarios will always hold a special place in my heart.

I hope that when we're old, my partner and I will fart around each other. First we'll laugh about it. Then we'll just get used to it. We'll travel the world, share things, and try not to cry within the first 10 minutes of Up.

I'm introverted, and if I'm forced to do too much socializing, I get grouchy and tired. Being alone to recharge feels like drinking an ice-cold glass of water when you’ve been crawling through the desert. With friends—quality over quantity, prefer to spend my social leisure time with the SO and a small group of friends with the same life values.

I try to be healthy but still love fried chicken from time to time. I don't drink alcohol and tend to be sensitive to caffeine.

INTJ -- I love thinking and talking in hypotheticals and analogies, vague fantastical big picture ideas, tongue in cheek silly debate and banter, exploring the WHY and HOW of things.

We would ideally:

--Play board games and have movie/dinner nights together and with a small group of down-to-earth, quality friends. I love cooking so I'd take care of all the food.

--Go on road trips and explore nature—hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, light camping, chill out at the beach

--When not doing the above, be Netflix-binge'ing/reading/playing video games together

--Be a refuge and home for each other, be best friends who enjoy each others’ company over anyone else’s and things are always more fun when the other person is there
What I’m doing with my life
Doing software development and running a startup. In my free time I try to mentor and teach others to code.
I’m really good at
Learning stuff on the fly. I bought my car without knowing how to drive a stick shift. I learned by driving it back home 600 miles.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Stop trying to figure out who will wear the pants in your relationship. Relationships work best when no-one is wearing pants.
You should message me if
- You're tired of the crazy dating dance and rather just meet up and enjoy ourselves.
- You like having frequent (and natural) communication throughout the day.
- You want to learn how to code!
