I am a musician and play several instruments, I write songs, record and perform. I am working towards my 10,000 hours of practice. What I lack in natural talent, I compensate for in grit.
I am also dedicated to my physical, mental and spiritual growth. I try to equal parts exercise, yoga and meditation.
Cooking - I love food. I love cooking it, and eating it. My pallet tends toward salty and savory.
Playing music - I may not be Jimmy Page or David Grisman, but I can hold my own on guitar and mandolin.
Music.. well I play more music than I listen to but I love Miles, Monk, Mingus, Django, classic rock, hot string players..
Food... I am a foodie... in Boulder you'll see me at Oak, Salt, Sushi Tora, Amu, and my local joint - 4580.
