My self-summary
Hola! My name is Nick. I'm 27 years old and living the dream. Not the good dream of a house in the hills with the proverbial white picket fence, mind you. I'm talking more the "Working a crap job to get through school and make something of myself" dream. I had my friend look over my profile and she said that unless they know that I'm a serious smart ass nobody would dare to respond to me, so bear that in mind. Also, I'm really freaking weird. Ok. Bulleted list time.

-I'm pretty big on honesty. I will never lie to you and prefer the same in return.

-I have an I.Q. of 190 that I don't utilize until I need to prove someone wrong.

-I am an ENTP.

-My favorite thing in the world is freedom.

-I have no parents. This fact has molded me in new and interesting ways.

-I am a HUGE book nerd. I'll read anything I can get my hands on.

-I'm working on my degree in computer technology. I'm the guy you go to when your computer messes up.

-I'm also an aspiring author. I love the English language.

-On that note, my dream is to open a bookstore where I can sell the books I write.

-My first novel is about 15% complete. It's coming along swimmingly.

-I love the word "swimmingly".

-I'm not saying I'm like an African White Space Christ. That's for others to say, not me.

-Yes, I'm a godless heathen, though I prefer the term "Humanist".

-I don't believe in the ocean.

-I've bet against a Sicilian when there's death on the line and come out on top.

-I love karaoke. I used to go to a local bar every Thursday to force drunk people to listen to my terrible singing.

-Again, and I cannot emphasize this enough, I'm REALLY weird.

If you made it this far, congrats! You should probably contact me and we can talk about things. And stuff.

-Nick W.
What I’m doing with my life
working on my computer technology degree. Also, I write. Gotta keep busy.
I’m really good at
Winning arguments. Flattery. Fixing computers. Writing, Philosophy, Being Patient. Foot rubs. Sex. Oddly enough, those last three usually happen in that order.
The first things people usually notice about me
My stunning good looks, what else? OwO
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: A Song of Ice and Fire. Mien Kampf. The Diary of Anne Frank. The Dragonlance saga. 1984. Of Mice and Men. Countless others that I have neither the time nor patience to list.

Movies: I have an interesting take on movies. I rarely watch the ones I like. They include Superbad, anything from Kurosawa, and my all time favorite movie Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. Instead, my friends and I watch the most insanely bad movies we can find. These include Troll 2, Mac and Me, and even the Star Wars Holiday Special. Basically, I'll watch anything.

Shows: Basically anything on Netflix. I enjoy Alphas, Lost Girl, American Horror Story, and Bones to name a few. The Deschanel sisters are probably my spirit animal.

Also, if you watch Doctor Who, message me and we'll discuss theories and such. LOVE the Doctor.

Music: Oh boy. Here we go. My favorite band is Freezepop: a synthpop band that's been in several video games (including Guitar Hero). I listen to various kinds of electronica; though I also greatly enjoy everything from rock to pop to hip-hop. Pretty much anything as long as it sounds good.

Food: Anything except spaghetti. I don't know why, but I've never liked the stuff. I'm rather fond of Applebee's though.
Six things I could never do without
A thought in my head
A song in my heart
A pen in my hand
to create my art
Air in my lungs
(We all need to breathe)
And you by my side
are all that I need.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The nature of being and how best to explore it.
Ideas for my novel.
Why I haven't gone to the archery range lately.
Genetically engineering wood chucking woodchucks.
Things to put here.

Also, dogs. I like doggies.
On a typical Friday night I am
Watching Dr. Who with my friends. Then I go home and write. It's therapeutic.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I've had a huge crush on Sailor Mercury since I was young enough for that not to be creepy.
You should message me if
you've ever decided against Googling something for fear of ruining the wonder.
