My self-summary
I own and run a tattoo and piercing studio in South East London

I'm a world famous artist, yet nobody will ever know of my work. I'm serious here, it's quite an interesting story, I've had a piece on display at the Royal Academy of Arts a while back. Definitely a more surreal moment in life.

I lived in the states for 3 years doing a little bit of this, that and the other, it's where I did my piercing apprenticeship and I also worked as a mechanic for the better part of a year.

I'm an avid reader and love a good movie, a decent story is never lost on me.

Past that you're better off asking!
What I’m doing with my life
Running my studio. Took far longer than I thought it would to get running, stole it's fair share of blood, sweat and beers from me, but it was all definitely worth it.
I’m really good at
Poking holes in people apparently. I mean that's what I get paid for so I've gotta be good at it right?

I used to draw a lot, any scrap of paper was in trouble if there was a pen near by. Sadly I don't do this as much anymore as it seems the older i've got the more of a perfectionist i've become, and I cant seem to find a spare 20+ hours to draw something worthwhile, though I still doodle on any spare post it note I find.
The first things people usually notice about me
Im mostly unassuming. I guess I do get asked a lot about my tattoos. Other than that I guess you could tell me what stood out to you.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books : I've a rather varied reading interest, fiction or fact, fantasy or history. I've got an entire row on my bookshelf dedicated to Norse Mythology / Viking stories though. Authors such as Adrian Tchaikovsky, Giles Kristian, Robyn Young, Tim Severin, Robert Low and Bernard Cornwell come to mind. Though I'm unashamedly reading George R. Martin's stuff at the moment and have a tome and a half of H. P Lovecraft to get through still.

Movies : Literally anything, from Disney to obscure film festival stuff. I've a movie collection of over 400 works of art (art being subjective, I'll admit to having some awful pieces in there), I find myself watching at least one or two a day, or at the very least have something playing in the background that I've seen before.

Music : The Decemberists, Alexi Murdoch, Bell X1, Leonard Cohen, Mazzy Star, Sun Kil Moon, Poets of The Fall, Belle and Sebastian, Antony & The Johnsons and many more of that kinda thing. Instrumental stuff like Two Steps From Hell is pretty awesome too. Recently added Kyla La Grange to this, she's amazing.

Food : Living alone somewhat limits my home cooking cuisine as nothing is portioned well enough for the bachelor life. Though I can entertain with the best of them, cooking anything from a decent Sunday roast to authentic* Mexican food stuffs.

*As authentic as them packets of taco making kits can be.
Six things I could never do without
Books, Movies, Cheeseburgers, Socialising, Artsy Stuff, A decently long, and engaging conversation about nothing in particular.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
All the things that could have been or have yet to come...
On a typical Friday night I am
Sadly with the running of my studio Saturdays tend to be my busiest, so Fridays are just another week day for me. Mondays are where it's at though as having Tuesdays off is the way of the future.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
It's probably on here somewhere already...
You should message me if
You have an obscure question to ask, I've an answer for everything, even when I've no idea what the question is!

That or, you know, you just wanna chat or get to know me better.
