What I’m doing with my life
Doing my best to constantly increase my own self awareness, so that I can continue to exercise my gifts through generosity, and spread as much love and appreciation, and creative expession as possible. I seek to be inspired and therefore also seek to inspire others. I do this in many ways.
I’m really good at
Listening, Laughing, Finding joy in the moment, Seeing people's gifts and hidden talents, writing and expressing myself, Telling stories, Relating to people, Hearing music in the gentle buzz of a flickering night time streetlamp, Meeting the right people at the right time, and Expressing love to those I know and those I don't.
The first things people usually notice about me
Most people very quickly ask me if I am a musician, which I am...so apparently that's one of the first things.

I also tend to put out a very inviting vibe, and many people are not in the slightest intimidated to strike up conversation with me...in fact, many say that they were immediately interested to talk to me...like "I know that guy has a story!" Very often I get in very deep conversations with total strangers in a matter of a few moments. I suppose that I am very outward with my energy, and I guess I smile a lot, though it's not always done consciously.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I tend to be very interested in books about spirituality, and personal growth. I love documentaries, or films that provoke thought. I especially love nature and adventure documentaries. I dont watch tv, so shows just arent a part of my life. I am a lover of a vast variety of music from classical to hip hop...bluegrass to math rock...folk to world music...etc. As a 20 yr vegetarian, i enjoy cuisine that makes me feel light and clear...I get off on food that is energizing and that uses a variety of spices and flavors...indian food, vietnamese, thai, and raw cuisines tend to be my favorites, but I do like a variety of foods...american cuisine is my least favorite, mostly because of how it makes me feel...heavy and imbalanced. As far as art is concerned, there is so much that I can appreciate. I used to create experimental silent movies to project during live music performances. My favorite nature artist is Andy Goldsworthy. My favorite art photographer is Robert Park Harrison....generally I try not to pick favorites, because I can appreciate so much.
Six things I could never do without
Music(its always happening inside of me), Love(also always present), Connection to Nature, Clean Water, Green Vegetables, Sunshine, Profound Self Awareness

Ok...so thats 7...I dont like limitations. I'm all about freedom.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Music, Spirituality, mental patterns and programming, Sustainability, indigenous wisdom and traditions, new ways to further live my truth, new approaches to adding value to people and the world, my goals, how to make all of my passions financially sustainable. I'd like to find a way to make money by doing what I love , and earn enough with music to pay for new equipment and touring a few weeks each year, and so on and so on. I don't want to ever not have enough money to pursue what I love to do, though I certainly know what that is like too.
On a typical Friday night I am
Drumming, singing with friends, being creative with friends, walking in the woods, going out dancing...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Often I think about moving off into the Amazon, finding an indigenous shaman and becoming his apprentice. This isn't just a pipe dream, I do intend on fulfilling this desire in some way, some day, so please be aware.
You should message me if
Please message you find my profile of some interest. I prefer people in my life who are highly creative and who like a good adventure, someone who isn't afraid to get lost or to try new things. You've got to have an open mind to new ideas, concepts and lifestyles. Personally I am a highly tolerant person, and you must be also. If you are highly judgemental of others, I will very quickly be turned off. Please be someone who likes to dance and isn't afraid to look silly on the dance floor. My wish is to find a woman who is very appreciative of life, and generous in nature. If you are a musician, that is a plus. I want someone who can laugh just about anywhere, and who isnt afraid to be affectionate with someone she cares about, even if that person is just a friend. I am a hugger with those I am close with. If you are comfortable in your skin, and seek a smart, loving and compassionate individual who is creative and sometimes a bit quirky, please message me. I'd love to make your acquaintance, to be your friend and if we click, possibly more if the energy and timing is right for both of us. I am not in the market for a one night stand. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, so while boundaries may protect us, they can also imprison us. Abundance is all around, and in all forms! Let love live :)
