My self-summary
Boredom is fatal, avoid it at all cost.

This can avoided by trying to do everything at once! Be it a random day long road-trip at 4AM after a Birthday party or a season pass to the theater, I'm always up to something.

I try and discuss topics to their full potential to find what really drives people. I think it's trough this that I can really learn who someone is.

You'll always find me drooling over the latest gadget that could make my life more awesome/techy. Tech design is a beautiful art. Seeing the different ways that technology can improve our lives is something that will always fascinate me.

Not that I dislike other arts! Living in Montreal and exploring what it has to offer is always a joy :D That passion has rubbed off and I started dabbling in both photography and film-making. Just coming out of filming a short movies (it's an intense gig!)

Caveat emptor: I am actually french. It might not show but then again, it's not like people point out I sound un-english in everyday life.
What I’m doing with my life
I currently have season passes to most cultural activities in Montreal. I'm always on the look-out for some good concert/show/expo/sing-a-long/flash mob/chaotic cook-offs. If you find any and need someone to go with, you know who to call.

I'm also un 'chargé de cours' (teacher that doesn't do research) at L'École de technologie supérieure. I really have a passion for teaching. I love seeing people come in not knowing and getting out with new skills/knowledge/appreciation.
I’m really good at
Making weird plans work out.
Hatching said weird plans.
Fixing things.
The first things people usually notice about me
I once had someone stop me and ask me what book I was reading and if it was any good.

So, I'd say I look friendly and approachable?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Begone are those boring categories!

Behold, random picks (with links!):

Underated album of the 00s : Human League - Secrets (warning, the rest of their discography is VERY cheesy)

Indie album : Beat Market . Daft punky sounds (somewhat like TRON : Legacy) but from Quebec.

Montreal festival : Fantasia & FTA
Damn, already a tie. They both begin with F though, does that make it alright?

Indie game of the year : Gone Home

Best student season theater pass : Segal Center (12$ per play OMG, that's less than movie tickets nowadays. The plays themselves are very run-of-the-mill though)

Musical : Nightmare before Christmas (though the Buffy the Vampire Slayer musical episode can hold it's own too)

China town food place : Shabu Shabu (Japanese fondue, try it!)

Graphic Novel : Scott Pilgrim

Japanese composer : Yoko Kanno
Six things I could never do without
Finding/Doing new things.
Reddit (if only because I would find myself with too much free time on my hands!)
30 minutes showers (don't judge!)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How can I have fun.
How I can be a better person.
How I can help people.
How to stop mistaking rules in board games (It's almost a gift).
On a typical Friday night I am

Typical friday night I'm doing something new, old, timey-wimey. Who has a typical friday night anyway?
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I still have a plushie from when I was a kid. I will probably never get rid of it. How could I? It's an Expos Youppi!
You should message me if
You feel like talking, having fun or want to do something that's accessible to me :D
