My self-summary
I had this long profile description where I mention I'm a geek and everything that goes along with it, and that's true...but I'm also an awesome person just to be around. I'm looking for a partner in crime that also shares a lot of the same interests.
What I’m doing with my life
I have a career that I enjoy going to every morning - I get to work with some really awesome people in the online education field.

I'm in school again for a secondary degree (B.S.Psychology) and will ultimately go for the masters degree in this field...so I'm in class a lot but I'm more than willing/happy to make time!

Outside of that, I write novels; I have one published and I'm working on another. I also have three more that are written but need editing. I spend free time doing whatever sounds good, be it a drive or time with friends. In most cases (right now) it's studying.
I’m really good at
Realizing that FPS's really helped me prepare for the whole zombie apoloypse thing. I didn't go on any hunting trips like my brother did, but I'm a dead shot a 100 yards...so, I'm prepared and have that going for me.

But don't take that for not being driven...I'm well into my career, I work on bettering myself and helping those around me, almost to a fault. I'll give you the shirt off my back, in the rain if it'll help you.

I'm great at enabling people (unless I'm asked not to for reasons) but in a funny, "haha" kind of way. One of my best friends told me that she should get a shirt that simply says "Enabler" or "Trust me, I'm an enabler" on it. So, there's also that.

Finding a great dive bar to have enormous amounts of tacos.
Finding an upscale, out of the way place to have dessert.
Finding an out of the way book to read that's awesome (Like "Go-Go Girls of the Apocalypse"

I'm also good at calling people out on their BS, researching things, being informed, empathy, random useless trivia, random useless movie trivia, working on cars, building things, working on computers, being there for friends, listening, hearing, pets, taking care of myself, being an adult when it's needed (SEE responsible)...
The first things people usually notice about me
I have no idea really. I'm told that I look really intimidating, espcially since I shaved my head (Damn you, genetics!)...but I'm really just a big softie. I'm also told that my personality fills up a room.

And, as mentioned, I'm an enabler...but in the "ha-ha" funny way.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Food (In order of favorites)-
TACO's...because they are their own food group ;)

My laptop, iPad, iPhone
My core group of friends
Furry, four legged friends
My car, because it's freedom
A fantastic getaway destination
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What if Netflix doubled as a dating site? You could get notifications, like, "Here are 9 single people in your area that just marathon watched Battlestar Galactica for 18 hours straight - Based on your viewing habits of Star Trek: TNG, Firefly, and Doctor Who, they might be the one!"

When will science actually be able to perform a full brain transplant from human to human? Seriously :)
On a typical Friday night I am
I'm either with friends catching a movie at the Laurelhurst or at someone's house...or in for a board game night, Netflix'ing movies, trying something new...there are also times where you will find me flying solo at the bookstore or out for a late night drive; perhaps even with friends having dinner.

Some people find it intimidating that I'm overly extroverted and that I'm out doing SOMETHING a lot, either by myself or with friends...that's mainly because I'm single; I like being out, but that doesn't mean I'm adverse to spending a nite in relaxing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That I'm willing to answer any question. Seriously. I'm completely willing to answer any question no matter how personal it might be or how simple it might be.
You should message me if
I sound interesting and you want to take it slow, get a drink, and see if there's a mutual interest. I'm totally willing to meet in person if it seems we click after a few messages!
