My self-summary
I had this long profile description where I mention I'm a geek and everything that goes along with it, and that's true...but I'm also an awesome person just to be around. I'm looking for a partner in crime that also shares a lot of the same interests.
What I’m doing with my life
I have a career that I enjoy going to every morning - I get to work with some really awesome people in the E-Learning field.

I head to the gym 4-5 times per week.. I'm a bigger guy, yet smaller than what I used to be. if you're not into larger guys (SEE: thicker, functional strength over form), then I'm not for you.

I enjoy spending time with friends and doing my own thing, but, I'm at that point where I'd like to find someone - a best friend that could turn into something much more, which turns into long term, which turn into doing the whole (maybe) family thing...
I’m really good at
Calling people out on their BS, researching things, being informed, empathy, random useless trivia, random useless movie trivia, working on cars, building things, working on computers, being there for friends, listening, hearing, pets, taking care of myself, being an adult when it's needed (SEE responsible)...
The first things people usually notice about me
The first thing(s) people normally notice about me is my personality and laughter - I've been told that my laughter and personality fill a room. I'm easy to talk to and very easy to get along with. I've also been told I have a dominant voice that grabs everyone's attention when it's needed.

And my blue eyes.
And my sarcasm.
And my honesty.

A fantastic getaway destination
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What if Netflix doubled as a dating site? You could get notifications, like, "Here are 9 single people in your area that just marathon watched Battlestar Galactica for 18 hours straight - Based on your viewing habits of Star Trek: TNG, Firefly, and Doctor Who, they might be the one!"

When will science actually be able to perform a full brain transplant from human to human? Seriously :)
On a typical Friday night I am
I'm either with friends catching a movie at the Laurelhurst or at someone's house...or in for a board game night, Netflix'ing movies, trying something new...there are also times where you will find me flying solo at the bookstore or out for a late night drive; perhaps even with friends having dinner.

Some people find it intimidating that I'm overly extroverted and that I'm out doing SOMETHING a lot, either by myself or with friends...that's mainly because I'm single; I like being out, but that doesn't mean I'm adverse to spending a nite in relaxing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That I'm willing to answer any question. Seriously. I'm completely willing to answer any question no matter how personal it might be or how simple it might be.
You should message me if
I sound interesting and you want to take it slow, get a drink, and see if there's a mutual interest. I'm totally willing to meet in person if it seems we click after a few messages!
