My self-summary
I’m a European transplant in Los Angeles. And although I have lived here for twenty years, I can still marvel at this place and admire its exotic beauty as if I had only just landed. Yes, for all its faux façades, freeways and face-lifted people, I find this town beautiful.

When I was in my twenties, I turned an obsession into a profession. I am completely self-taught in a very technical field, and I have a job that I still love doing.

I’m resourceful and independent, and not in the least a needy person. When I'm in a relationship, I am resourceful and supportive, and I take nothing for granted.

"If you just learn a single trick, Scout, you'll get along a lot better with all kinds of folks. You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view, until you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it" — Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.

"Listening is an act of love" — The StoryCorps Project

"Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away." — Philip K Dick.
