My self-summary
To begin with, my name is Dallas. This name has and will continue to be the butt of jokes.

The username is a complete joke by the way. I grew up in East Texas and never intend to settle down back there.

Proud Dentonite of about 6 years now! Couldn't think of a better place to be spending my college years.
What I’m doing with my life
Recent college graduate with a BA in English. I'm currently pursuing a masters in Professional and Technical Communication and will finish in 2016.

I work with a local non-profit called Friends With Benefits which has held events for Habitat for Humanity. In addition, I also do booking for a music festival called 35 Denton. Check it out at:

I do grant writing and booking for the Thin Line Film Fest and co-own a local record label, I Love Math Records. I also serve on the Distinguished Lecture Series committee up at UNT.

Also did some tour manager work back in 2010. Definitely some fun stuff. But unfortunately, it took too much time away from school.

Currently, I'm the general manager at a Chicago-style deli called Weinberger's Deli.
And yes, our Italian beef sandwich is amazing.

If you're a teacher, because teachers possess the purest hearts of all.

If you speak French.. Such a beautiful language.

Mostly interested in meeting new people.
You can never have too many friends..
If you happen to fall in love with me along the way, well that just can't be helped now can it?

Non-smokers are a plus.
I try to keep an open mind towards people and am looking for someone that does the same. (Never assume anything about anyone because of their beliefs)
