My self-summary
The best way to describe me is: creative, funny and an amateur (but good) cook/baker.

I love to have fun and I'm usually game for anything. It does take me a little while to open up to new people sometimes - but keep talking and I'll open up like your favorite book (or magazine, app, etc. lol).

I have a tendency, sometimes, to be a little stuck in my comfort zone, and I'm looking for someone to take me out of the box on a whim from time to time.

I like a man who has ambition, integrity, a sense of humor, and strength of character. A man who can plan and who has some drive and/or creativity is extremely sexy to me.
What I’m doing with my life
I just wrapped up a few DIY projects around my flat, like a new kitchen floor, sliding bathroom door, & floor-to-ceiling shelves (that also houses my TV & sewing desk). There's still a few things left I'd like to fix up, but until then I'm enjoying the progress so far.

Once I finish getting back into the swing of things, and start checking some more projects off the list, then I hope to get around to opening up a shop on etsy soon.

The one thing I'd like to be doing right now is enjoying my time with good company & seeing where it leads.
I’m really good at
I’m really good at sewing, cooking, baking, photography. Went to school for fashion design; won Most Marketable Collection and got a decent write-up in the Philadelphia Inquirer a few years back. I guess a shameless plug never hurt in the "I'm really good at" section after all lol.
The first things people usually notice about me
It's usually my height...secretly though I wish it were my eyes...stupid glasses.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books/authors: On The Road, Unmistakably Mackie, Shakespeare, Poe.

Movies: Mannequin, An American Haunting, Sex And The City I, Sex And The City II, Waiting, Four Rooms, Sherlock Holmes.

TV: American Horror Story, Chuck, Glee, Family Guy, Sunday Night Football, Grey's Anatomy, Dexter, The Big C, Weeds, United States of Tara, Masterpiece Mystery (the Miss Marple and Poirot series).

Music: Cher, Cyndi Lauper, Incubus, The Killers, Cazwell, Bleu, MIKA, Mayer Hawthorne, KT Tunstall, Fergie, Reba McEntire, Lady Gaga...I have a pretty eclectic iPod.

Food: I like to cook, so I'm a fairly adventurous omnivore; anything spicy is always welcome, so Indian, Mexican, I'll pretty much try anything once.

Games: I played a role playing game Call of the Cthulhu with my former roomie in DC (which was really fun), other than that, just the occasional Grand Theft Auto to blow stuff up haha.
Six things I could never do without
1: My dog, Chewie.

2: My PC (or iPad).

3: Good food.

4: Good company.

5: Good music.

6: A comfy, cozy bed.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The future and when and how my interests and passions will collide into a career one day. I also enjoy pondering about new recipes and unique ideas.

I also spend a lot of time wondering why all the best matches who actually reply aren't based in Philadelphia lol. Seriously though, for the city of brotherly love, there's not much of it that seems to be around.

Other than that I think to myself, WWMD? (What Would Miranda Do?)
On a typical Friday night I am
A typical Friday night in my house is pretty routine due to my work hours, but Saturday I'm usually out and about running errands and taking a bit time to get a little pampered.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'd like to get back into a drag show eventually.
You should message me if
You'd like to take a cooking class together, outdoor movies at Penn's Landing, a drag show, or suggest the adventure of your choice...though I'd settle for an actual meet'n'greet. :^P

In addition to this, I'll add in my: "You shouldn't message me if..." You're a "match" but then never respond to a message, or you're local and just want to be pen pals. I really hate to be negative in a dating profile, but seriously fellas, it's a dating site, so please want to meet up if you message or reply. Philadelphia is the Latin word for the city's motto: City of Brotherly Love...but to be honest, I have yet to feel any of the love lmao.
