I work on engineering new proteins, for new uses, then plugging them in to the cellular network. PhD done soon (Dec 2013), then off the greener pastures.
Food - I eat Chipotle at least once a week. I like steak houses, hole in the wall Asian places, and maybe above all - sushi. I can also cook somewhat, and try to pick up a new recipe at least once a month. My most common dishes to cook are huevos rancheros, thai peanut chicken, spaghetti and meatballs (with a red wine reduction), kabobs with cumin and yogurt sauce, fajitas, tacos, and (as a nod to my birthplace) salad nicoise.
