My self-summary
I'm funny, spontaneous and completely down-to-earth. I'm adventurous and like to experience new things. I love to exercise outdoors. I'm not shy when meeting someone new, but it takes me some time to open up and truly be myself. I'm also a major closet nerd/gamer.
What I’m doing with my life
At the moment I'm in the travel field. Fun job and all, but one needs a seriously high level of tolerance for stupidity in this field. Not necessarily to deal with what the job functions require, but simply to deal with the hundreds of others in this field that lack complete common sense or an actual will to succeed. I recently obtained my BA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College and am hoping to start my master's program next year. I'm simply trying to balance my schedule around it, first

On a side note, I strongly encourage anyone pursuing a degree that has anything to do with psychology to try and land a job in the travel industry. The people one will nearly be guaranteed to interact with will more than likely give one a good idea of what's to come in the field.
I’m really good at
I've had many hobbies throughout my life; I'm an avid bowler, I paintball quite often, I'm a pretty decent shot at any shooting range, fairly decent at baseball, I'm exceptional with computers (to a point), I have extremely good common sense, good at making people confused with my sarcasm and I'm an avid grammar and spelling advocate (odd one, yes, I know.)
The first things people usually notice about me
That I'm a good listener, I tend to be sort of sarcastic in a funny way, and that I'm a very good thinker.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I haven't truly read a book from start to finish in a while, unless it was for a particular class or project. Although, there are a few that can truly grab my attention for long periods of time. I'd have to say the The Green Mile and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo are my all time favorites. I do read the newspaper everyday, although I think the paper companies are seriously losing their creative edge. When one sees an article titled "Katie Perry un-friends Russell Brand", something is just not right in the world anymore.

For movies, I tend to enjoy mostly anything, but I truly prefer disaster flicks, followed by anything sci-fi. Inception would probably rank as my all time favorite.

As far as Television is concerned, I pretty much watch and appreciate anything, however, this does not include reality T.V., although I might be willing to make a few exceptions, but I absolutely refuse to ever watch Jersey Shore or any of those "Housewives' type shows. I'm mostly on History(H2. not the reality T.V. version that the original history has become. Although, I do enjoy Pawn Stars.), BBC America, Discovery and any cooking network.
As far as sitcoms and dramas go, I am a huge Doctor Who and Big Bang Theory fan. I also tend to watch Modern Family, Community, Top Gear, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Seinfeld, Two and a Half Men (Charlie Sheen era), CSI (All three), Breaking Bad, Friends - I probably forgot a lot, but there's just too many to write here.

Let's see; music. I'll listen to nearly anything if the beat is catchy, minus the Justin Bieber and Jonas Brothers sort of stuff, although, listening to something too much will eventually make me cut off from it for a while. My all time favorite genre is Rock; Metallica, Iron Maiden, Disturbed, Papa Roach, Motley Crue, Bush, and, as of late, the Dutch band Within Temptation. All-time, though, the grunge era is where I'm truly stuck in; Anything out of the that era of the early to mid 90s. Nirvana, STP, Alice in Chains;
I'm also really into the classic stuff as well; The Who, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin etc.

For food, I can eat nearly anything, providing that It's not too spicy, but my favorite dishes are pretty much anything Italian or anything out of a steakhouse. I'll pretty much try anything at least once.
Six things I could never do without
My Computer
Good Friends
My Pets
Morimoto's Rib Eye Steaks.
Traveling (Anywhere, be it International or domestic.)
My unique thought process, which is simply a logical and sometimes sarcastic one.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My future, the world and universe, life in general, hobbies, friends, family, random funny things that come to my mind, and, of course, whatever I need to get done in the near future.
On a typical Friday night I am
Depends on the week, really. Relaxing at home, at a bar, at a friend's house, messing around on random websites, gaming every now and then, movies, restaurants, the occasional pool shooting escapades up in Westchester. Whatever really comes up, I guess.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm very double jointed, and people are sometimes in awe of me because of it.
Oh, and apparently I once danced to Lady Gaga, but no one has photos or video to prove it. I still call blaspheme.
You should message me if
You want to chat, get to know me/more about me. I guess those would be the rational reasons.
