My self-summary
Hello! My name is Jeremy, and I've been in Gainesville for about 4 years now. I work Full-Time at a local retailer (guess which one!?) and I'm a student at Santa Fe.

We would likely get along if you enjoy talking about abstract theories, cooking complicated meals for no special occasion, or Gator football.

Those who love rollercoasters, couldn't put down the Harry Potter books til they were finished, can play a mean game of chess, or can't wait for the next HvZ game @ UF, will also get tons of bonus points!

As for me? Well... I'd say grab a bowl of popcorn, and enjoy the rest of the read! (Could you grab me some too? White cheddar please!)

What I’m doing with my life
My week in a nutshell:
(School - Work - Homework - Sleep) Monday through Friday.
Humans VS Zombies on campus twice a semester.
Fun in between!

(Thanks for the popcorn by the way.)
I’m really good at
My spaghetti sauce is absolutely out of this world, and I make a really mean fried chicken! I'm a sucker for making dinner for someone, all you have to do is ask.

Writing is a passion of mine, people tell me that when they read my stories, they get overwhelmed by emotions, and forget themselves.

I'm an awesome driver, just don't put me in an automatic... I will complain the whole time, and keep trying to press an absent clutch!

I'm definitely a Gamer, I can beat Super Mario Brothers in under 7 minutes. This is a skill that will come in incredibly useful when the aliens invade! (ha!)

Friendship and loyalty. Building relationships (friendly or romantic) upon loyalty and trust is very important to me, and i expect the same from those close to me.

"The scholar does not consider gold and jade to be precious treasures, but loyalty and good faith." - Confucius
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile and my teeth, which sort of go hand in hand. Dentists always ask if I had braces when I was younger, and are amazed when I say no.

Also, my love for playing devil's advocate is quite noticeable. At one point I argued on the side of creationism even though I'm agnostic. The person I debated with is an atheist, and by the time we were done, he had changed his mind on a lot of things. Of course, I respected his opinion, but It did open his mind about certain aspects of religion. I think a lot can be learned sometimes from looking at the other side of the coin.

Just a few things I'm bad at.
(This is meant to be a seperate section.)

~ Sports -- although I would love to learn to play tennis, or get decent at basketball.
~ Keeping in touch with family members. I bug my friends all the time, but just can't seem to get it into my head to keep in better touch with family.
~ Being on time...
~ Baking -- my baked goods are always UGLY, but taste amazing.
~ I tend to shift at much higher RPMs than I should.

"If you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." - Marilyn Monroe
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Dan Brown, JK Rowling, and Howard Pyle are among some of my favorite authors. I tend to enjoy fantasy books, and can get completely wrapped up in a tale about the escapades of a valiant knight, or a cunning archer.

The most enjoyment I get out of movies is from something absolutely epic. Things like Inception, The Dark Knight, The Matrix, and The Boondock Saints all fall within my interests. I moderately enjoy comedies, and enjoy romance in mostly small doses, and only with a lady friend.

I'm pretty eclectic with music, my favorites tend to change. At one point I was very heavily into Thrice, now I'm listening to a lot of Michael Jackson. Other bands I've been "into" in the past would be Linkin Park, The Eagles, Will Smith, Eminem, E.S. Posthumus, Apocalyptica, Disturbed, and deadmau5 - just to name a few.

I dont get hooked on a lot of TV, but there are a few shows I really enjoy. I watch True Blood pretty religiously, as well as Futurama. Other shows I watch now and again include Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek Voyager (Janeway is Awesome!), and Nip/Tuck back when it was good.

"Life is pain, anyone who says differently is selling something." -The Princess Bride
Six things I could never do without
1. My family, and closest friends.
2. Pensacola, FL
3. The unknown Universe.
4. The nerve endings in my tongue.
5. Sweet tea.
6. Android!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I love to think about things I don't fully understand. I can spend hours looking at the starry sky, pondering what's out there, or poking through NASA's website.

What am I going to eat next, and does it have any fake ingredients in it?

I know it sounds cliché, but I am constantly thinking about my future.

"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." - Eleanor Roosevelt
On a typical Friday night I am
Watching TV.
Going out to eat.
Going to the Movies.
Playing Video Games.
Getting together to go bowling, rock-climbing, or watching the latest UFC fight.
Heading to the Gym.
Gator Football!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I own Darkwing Duck on DVD.
I can sing along to the entire "Be Prepared" song in The Lion King.
