My self-summary
I am quiet, creative, and wacky. I'm a nerd, I like board games, curse like a sailor, sometimes I'll table top or console game.

I will be blunt. Sometimes entirely too painfully so.

I don't have a lot of time. But I do enjoy interesting conversation, people who have their shit together, and other rarities and B-sides.

If you message me, I will respond if it is a well thought out personal message. If you ask me "Hey, what's up?" and your profile makes you seem like someone I wouldn't hang out with, then I will probably stop responding after a while. I'm here to make friends, not randomly hook up with people.

I'm a pansexual switch. If that sentence makes sense to you, then we should talk.

Jersey girl just moved to Bellmore. What cool stuff is there in Nassau county?
What I’m doing with my life
Switching from photographer/video editor to Radiographer. Just a different part of the EM spectrum.
I’m really good at
Spatial recognition. Getting along with animals. I knit and crochet, just not well. I have a pretty good sense of design and color. I'm fairly aces with photoshop. I know this is going to sound strange, but I really like research. I love it when something catches my interests and I have to start scouring the internet and databases to find data to support or dismiss a claim.

I heard nerfs in my off time.
The first things people usually notice about me
my glasses, I wear them. They're on my face. I like to think that folks look at my face. I'm fairly muscular and love weight lifting. I need to start loving cardio more. Oh bother.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I have a love of audio books. Except somethings are better read than listened to. Totally into Dresden Files, and the LARP of said Dresden Files. The Iron Druid chronicles were pretty good too. Oh god I mean I could just look at my kindle or audible library. The monster hunter series, and grimnoir series rocked, though the author lost my respect. I've been reading a lot of stuff off the marvel unlimited back catalog lately like all of the runaways. The tomes of Bill are absolutely amazing.

Pretty much throw decent science fiction or fantasy at me and I'll read it and probably like it.

Welcome to Nightvale is a pretty rockin podcast.
Six things I could never do without
Nothing lasts forever. Adapt to change.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What I can cook for dinner. How the cat is doing. Good recipes for dumplings, and how to make things have more fiber or protein in them. What a nice or crappy day out. Really nothing, it's kind of discouraging actually. I used to think of things like how to get to the degobah system to complete my training but that just fell by the wayside when my friends got captured in Bespin. I hear that the empire is just not a democracy anymore and anyone can be locked up or shot for any which reason.

My life would have been a lot different if I didn't take the intrepid class starship after those renegades and then having to make the hard choice to strand my crew and the rebels into the far reaches of space to save an alien species.

At least that made me miss the dominion war, right?
On a typical Friday night I am
Trying to figure out what to do! I want to lie to you and say I'm doing something stupidly crazy like going to parties in the city, but I work saturdays during the day. So nothing too late friday nights.

Saturday nights and Sundays are my free time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I don't know what I want.

Sometimes people suggest bizarre things and I have to hold back "Don't threaten me with a good time"
You should message me if
You got any references that I made here.

I like friends. Do you like friends? Do you like grabbing a drink or a coffee with someone new and talking until all hours of the night? I'm an equal opportunity person, just please have something fun to talk about!
