My self-summary
I'm introverted with a strong and stubborn personality. Honest to the core. Loyal to people I care for. Grit is my favorite trait to develop. I'm also intensely curious about essentially everything. Seeking knowledge is a driving force for me. That curiosity extends to curiosity about people: their ideas, their creative ideals. All that knowledge I use to live life as joyous as possible, filled with wisdom and exploration. Having ideas for their own sake is bland for me. They should be used to create new experiences! More importantly, I want to be an experimentalist about life, questioning my beliefs regularly. All beliefs are open for questioning, even moral beliefs. I also want to explore sensuality deeply, but it is unfamiliar territory.

I'm polyamorous, it seems to fit well as an attitude with all the above. More specifically, I'm for nonhiearchical ethical nonmonogamy. I only pursue relationships with the consent and knowledge of relationships I have. I list open relationship because I am able to devote the time and energy required of a new relationship. "Relationship anarchy" is a term that captures how I treat building relations with anyone.

As for sexuality, I say pansexual since personality and intelligence seem to matter most for me, gender not at all. On the other hand, I added heteroflexible because it's still inexact to me - I seem to prefer women. Either way, it's "something besides heterosexual".

Note that I put down looking for casual sex, but that's just to say I'm cool with a relationship begining with sex then growing from there. No one night stands. Emotional connection and trust matters.

My major interests are in philosophy (academic, too), psychology, and technology. I'm interested in just about any topic, though. A book on political philosophy can grab me just as easily as a book on linguistics. Many people have said I know a lot, but what I don't know drives me to discover new ideas or to write new stories. The people I like best are often on that knowledge edge, pushing their curiosity as much as possible.

Some other interests are video games, good food, tea, lots of music, books about self-exploration, scifi, anime and manga, taking walks, puns, morbid humor.

I'm open to messages from anyone!
What I’m doing with my life
Going for a masters in experimental psychology.

I'm working to be a research psychologist and to eventually get a PhD in cognitive psychology, but it's a weird process to get there given my background. Alternatively, I'd do similar work for R&D or growing businesses to work on and even implement my ideas.

I'm doing a lot of scifi writing and self-teaching. Eventually I want to figure out the essential processes of psychological development and creativity. It's not just a simple dream, but a goal I work towards.

I am doing a variety of jobs in various areas (writing, machine learning)
I’m really good at
being strong-willed, writing, analyzing, questioning, telling weird jokes

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Existence, philosophy, cognitive science, life, consciousness, connections between everything, cyberpunk, scifi predictions, epistemology, set theory, creativity, political structures (real or fictional), Latin roots of words.
On a typical Friday night I am
thinking up wild ideas, devising schemes of world domination, etc. Well, a bit more realistically, writing or playing some video game, too; joy and fun are important!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
As soon as I reveal something private, it becomes non-private and no longer the most private thing I'm willing to admit.
You should message me if
-you like similar books, music, video games, movies, or anime as me. Or you like totally different things, since I like learning as much as possible. I'd love to meet anyone who shares a love for knowledge and wants to study a new subject with me.

-you'd like to go out for lunch or a stand-up show sometime.

-you think Nietzsche is super cool.

-you are passionate about something, about life; this is probably the hottest thing.

-you think I'm cool and you wanna talk about anything.
