Update: I am currently engaged to a wonderful woman I met here on OKC. She and I are getting married in October. We may still use my profile to meet and make friends but as of now I am no longer a single guy.

There are very few things I absolutely have to have. However, I can think of six things that would be nice to have.
1. My trusty backpack
2. Sunglasses
3. Smartphone
4. A pen
5. A. legal pad
6. A multitool of some sort.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Lately it has been the nagging question of wanting kids. A few years ago I did not want children but that has changed. I would like to have one child in the next couple of years closer to the end of grad school. When it is not that then its geopolitics, videogames, music, movies, art, and new recipes to try out.
On a typical Friday night I am
If I am not at work then I am clearing out my Netflix queue or going out with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Babies, puppies and kittens involuntarily make me go "awwwwww!"
