Usually avoiding stress as much as I can, especially at work. There's a difference between getting the job done and high blood pressure!
I like to think that I'm very open about most things and I love a good conversation. Just don't expect me to share a lot of things out of the blue; if you want to know something about me, ask me.
I'm also somewhat of an observer; I get to find out a lot about people by just using my eyes and ears. This is why, especially in groups, I can be a bit silent at times. I'm not bored or shy, just paying attention :)
Through OkC I met a lady who introduced me to polyamory. What struck me was that, even before I heard the term, I had similar thoughts and opinions about relationships, ie. why do I need to restrict myself to only one partner? What is wrong with sharing an intimate, emotional connection with people besides your 'significant other'?
The world is filled with so many exciting, interesting and beautiful people, that I find it to be a waste directing all of my energy at just one single person at a time.
As long as everyone is honest with and open to each other I don't see any moral objections.
My work in customer support pays the bills, but lately I've been wondering if I shouldn't be doing something (more) fulfilling. If and when I've got that figured out, I'll get back to you...
I'm a big fanatic, not just a fan, of EDM (electronic dance music) in general and techno in particular. I've enjoyed myself on dancefloors in clubs, warehouses and airports since November 21st, 1992 and am not planning on stopping any time soon.
If you ever feel the need for some serious dancing, let me know.
I usually watch Comedy Central: The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Scrubs, Family Guy, The Middle.
Shows like Homeland, Dexter, Person of Interest and Carnivàle are regularly downloaded and viewed when I want to. Following shows on tv frustrates me because of the commercial breaks.
I'm a big fan of movies, so I visit the local movie theatre at least once a week. I have too many favorites to list, but anything by the Coen brothers/Fuqua/Abrams/Aronofsky is fine by me.
Besides anything techno? Talk Talk, Paul Simon, Smashing Pumpkins, K's Choice, Prodigy, Sting, Donna Summer, Ashford & Simpson, Moby
