My self-summary
In Paris for several years now (but most probably not for much longer), an epicurean, in love with this city and with life, interested in learning and travelling as much as possible. Looking for accomplices in this permanent task of filling life with moments that make it fuller and worth living.
What I’m doing with my life
Traveling, attending as many concerts as possible, partying, reading, playing squash and the piano, watching movies, learning languages, tasting all sorts of food, testing cocktail bars...
In general, trying to live and learn as much as I can...
I’m really good at
I'm not making this a bragging list. Up to you to discover.
(But I can cook a very good beef stroganoff, for example)
The first things people usually notice about me
That's not for me to answer.

Some favorite authors: Eco, Proust, Dostoievski, Shakespeare, Miller, Kundera, Boulgakov...

Some favorite movies: 500 days of summer, Love Actually, Casablanca, The Thomas Crown Affair, The seventh seal, Swingers, Pretty woman, Cyrano de Bergerac, In the mood for love, Pulp Fiction, Music and Lyrics...

Shows: How I met your mother, Big Bang Theory, Weeds. (DVD only, I don't watch TV)

Music: Richard Wagner, Groove Armada, The xx, Portishead, Garbage, Giuseppe Verdi, Goldfrapp, Beethoven, Gustav Mahler, Royksopp, Okean Elzy, Clazziquai, Nouvelle Vague, Philipp Glass, Goran Bregovic, Daishi Dance, FM Belfast, Infiniti, Bi-2, etc, etc, etc...
The six things I could never do without
- Friends
- Music
- Books
- A piano
- Travel plans
I spend a lot of time thinking about
All sorts of contradictory things.
On a typical Friday night I am
There's no such thing as a typical Friday: it could be a bar, a concert, a club, the opera, a restaurant, a friends' place, my place; I could be leaving on a trip... But it doesn't have to be a Friday to do all that.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I don't have any problem admitting to private things, but this profile is not the place. Let's leave that for when we write or when we meet.
You should message me if
- You are curious and feel like messaging
- You're not put off by the fact that I'm seriously planning on moving to another country by the end of the year.
