I no longer own a TV but I do enjoy movies and TV-series from time to time. Nowadays I mostly watch interesting and entertaining content on Youtube.
The books I mostly read are non-fiction, geared towards self-improvement. I also enjoy some (auto)biographies.
I try to eat healthy and balanced. Lots of veggies, complex carbs, good fats and plenty of protein to complement my training. I enjoy spicy food. I don't get into any fad diets and I don't obsess about food or any specific food groups. I can eat pretty much anything and everything.
