My self-summary
There once was a 'young' man in Buffalo
His dating profile didn't get much attention, though.
So he made it poetic
And he hoped it prophetic
That the ladies would soon say "hello".
What I’m doing with my life
Searching, seeking, but not finding
Flapping, flailing, but not flying
Wanting, wishing, but not stealing
Hitting, losing, but not reeling
Asking, teasing, but not toying
Waiting, hoping, but not enjoying.
I’m really good at
I read a couple dozen books a year;
They're mostly science fiction or fantasy.
I try my hand at writing it as well,
And hope to publish so that all might see.
My art is good; I use a thousand rings
To make the chain'ed art you may see HERE.
From bottlewraps to jewelry, I make things
That many others say are without peer.
The videos I make are pretty good,
My marksmanship means I can hit the red;
My creativity is high with wood,
And I designed my own desk and my bed.
- - - And above all this, one thing is true:
- - - I parallel park quite better than you.
The first things people usually notice about me
I am very tall.
- - - - Normal with my family,
I am six foot four.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Shall I write of the world? It would be a shorter list.
Of books alone, I would while away hours in useless recitation.
Of movies, why? Of music? Count the stars, rather.

Better to discuss
Better to share
Better to discover

Six things I could never do without
I need internet quite speedy, for I need it for work and playing,
A good computer to use it on, though that might go without saying,
Some books to read, and lots of them, or possibly I'll go insane,
And tasty food to enjoy and share (although there's weight I'll surely gain),
Some good music or radio, to pass the time from here to there,
And Lady True, to touch and hold and cuddle and hug and gently pair.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
We see color as a wheel
When it's really a straight line
The colors tie themselves together
When we see them with OUR eyes.

But nothing else in broad Nature
Has eyes like people do
So what really do they see
Through theirs when light shines through?
You should message me if
1) You have suggestions to improve the lines above
2) You were sufficiently impressed by them. :)

3) You're wacky, you're creative, you're off-the-wall...
.....and you feel no need to justify that to anyone.
