My self-summary
I travel as often as I can. I just got back from Ko Samui, Thailand and Singapore. Earlier in the year I was in Germany and Amsterdam.

Things at the intersection of art and technology fill me with awe.

Richard Feynman is my hero. I am a singularitarian.
What I’m doing with my life
I write open source software for science.

Before I moved to San Francisco I prototyped software for the International Space Station in Houston.

I am also an amateur photographer.
I’m really good at
I know my way around on a CNC plasma cutter. I also play with electronics. I will be at the next Maker Faire.

I am also a very good whistler.
The first things people usually notice about me
My long hair, my dimples. I am often told I am cute.
The six things I could never do without
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Super Organisms
Coming to terms with being a primate
The Technological Singularity
On a typical Friday night I am
At a tea shop or a hackerspace
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
My left dimple is slightly larger than my right one.
