My self-summary
Genuine, honest, persistant and realistic.
What I’m doing with my life
Not as much as i'd like to be or should be doing right now (the meaningful plans have been in cryosleep for quite some time) but that's another story.

Completed a psychology degree (ages ago)...but can't or don't analyse personalities in conversation (common misconception!), not currently working in this area but working......

Completed a diploma in freelance journalism but don't think I ever got up to Guardian high standards..........a real shame :D.

I work, I row, I run, I cycle. I like doing/seeing/trying new things and I'm learning French again.......that's it for now.
I’m really good at
The first things people usually notice about me
That i'm quite reserved......initially, that changes though!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Would be great to have some interesting humorous conversation.

Favourite sport for watching is tennis and I run, cycle and row regularly.

Love the theatre and go relatively regularly. Highly recommend the Pillowman, wonderfully weird and dark, have too many favourites to mention them all. Never out of the cinema either.

I like most kinds of music except heavy metal or jazz. Prefer the Strokes, Keane, the Cure, the Frames, and Coldplay. Andrea Boccelli, Ludovico Einaudi and Hans Zimmer.

I don't read fiction but when I do its the classics.....

I love Russell Brand and Hozier! Coincidentally both men resemble jesus a little.... hmmm

The six things I could never do without
My daughter
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The meaning of life...
How did I end up here....Again!
Far off places i'd love to see and experience....
On a typical Friday night I am
At the movies
Out for dinner with friends
Having a well earned rest at home
Spending time with my daughter
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I wear my heart on my sleeve
You should message me if
You think we'd get along beyond the usual polite small talk.

Are genuinely looking to make a connection on a friendship level or more if there is chemistry. I don't consider the first meet up a date per se. The first meet is just to discover if the online chemistry transfers to the real world over a drink and some chat (sometimes it doesn't for one or both involved), we can call the 2nd meet a date...;-).
