My self-summary
I cut my hair and I moved to Corvallis. I had been in Portland and Beaverton, and I grew tired of the City.

I play the guitar and write songs. I work to eat. I eat to live. The rest of the time I try my best to be mellow and good natured. I love art, literature and music, and I am partial to people who share those passions. I have arranged my life so that it will allow me time to write songs and play the guitar.

I enjoy doing things and seeing things, like eating cool food and going new places. I love to see live music and theater.

Sometimes I do yoga. I hike and walk a lot. I feel most spiritual when surrounded by the beauty of nature ... the mountains, the river, the coast.

I am semi retired and financially self sufficient. My not so secret wish is to find someone who has as much time and freedom as I do.
What I’m doing with my life
Photography and videography. Worshipping nature. Browsing and thinking and singing and writing.
I’m really good at
Cooking. Day hikes. Designated driver (I don't drink). Chatting with people. Forgetting where I parked the car.
The first things people usually notice about me
I am cheerful. I am smiling. I enjoy talking with people and I am listening to and interested in what they have to say.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I read non-fiction as I am always trying to learn something. The last fiction I read was historical fiction about the Oregon Trail. I don't do very much television, but I love documentaries and movies.

All music is good.
All food is to be enjoyed.
Six things I could never do without
These are not in order of priority
1. The grocery store
2. A camera
3. My laptop
4. My guitar
5. Coffee
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Peace and love. How best to use my abilities. Establishing and maintaining healthy behavior patterns for a comfortable life rhythm.
On a typical Friday night I am
Home making dinner. Out seeing live music. Out for a walk.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Mystery is a great plot development tool.
You should message me if
Literature, ideas and art are important to you, but television isn't. You don't mind if I am not terribly ambitious or wealthy. If you enjoy looking for cool rocks at the river.
