My self-summary
Lived my whole life on the East Coast. Was in Rochester NY for over 12 years. It was about time to try something without snow.

To summarize, I'm a geeky Jewish network engineer.

I don't love traveling, but I could see having a casual relationship with it. Okay, so I've been to Australia ten times (even considered moving there) and have plans to check out Japan in the next couple of years. But it's a totally casual relationship!

My biggest hobby at the moment is prop and costume design. I have an entire room that has been taken over with tools, parts, and pieces.
If you know how to sew, how about showing me a thing or two?

I'm also a big fan of games. Especially table top. Though I do enjoy the occasional video game.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a Network engineering, which is a career that can be rather hard to explain. But suffice it to say, I help create, maintain, and improve the infrastructure that gives you the Internet.
You're welcome.

Adding more vacations to my life.
For me, that means Conventions. I do love an excuse to Costume up!
Also love the idea of taking a cruise (Themed cruises sound pretty awesome. Just read about a Steampunk one).

Plus the endless struggle to keep myself motivated for fitness.
I’m really good at
My profession. I can finally say with certainly that I'm financially and professionally successful.

Making people laugh; It's true, I'm pretty hilarious.

Kitchen skills.
The first things people usually notice about me
They don't.
I am like the wind, the shadow, or... that, uh, other sneaky thing.

How should I know what they notice about me? It's not like I give out surveys.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
1) I would recommend anything by Anne Bishop, Kim Harrison, Jim Butcher, Robert Jordan, Brandon Sanderson, Peter V. Brett, Mercedes lackey.
There are likely several more i could mention, but let's just say that i really like fantasy novels.

1.a) I read comics from time to time too, most recently Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn, Deadpool, and The Flash.

2) Avatar, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, The Avengers,Wreck-It Ralph, and The Cabin in the Woods are some of the favorites.
Plus animated movies. All of them.

3) It's easier for me to pick favorite shows than movies. Some of the top ones are Firefly, Farscape, Buffy, Angel, Wonderfalls, Special Unit 2, Stargates SG1, Dexter, Community, a few of the Star Treks, Game of Thrones, Archer, Family Guy, Sealab, Once Upon a Time, Big Bang Theory... Oh, and a few dozen Anime.
Joss Whedon may very well be my deity.

4) I like music, i have music playing most of the time, but I don't consider myself a music person. So giving you a list of bands wouldn't really tell you much about me.

5) Breakfast.
Italian food, Deli food, Bread, several Chinese and Thai dishes, a few things from an Indian or Mexican menu, and Brownie Sundaes.
I do not enjoy sea food.
I'm not a foodie. That has been confirmed. I like a variety of things, but I prefer tasty yet simple.
The six things I could never do without
-Books: I love the feel and smell of a physical book. But digital is winning in terms of convenience.

-The Internet: There is just so much knowledge to find! Just check behind the porn.

-Computers: Also know as my shrine. What? Don't judge me!

-Friends: Everything is better shared... well, almost everything.

-Privacy: Oh thank the gods, I'm so sick of those people.

-Games: Video, board, card, table top.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I think about possibilities a lot; both real and absurd ones.

And I'm always thinking "What's Next?"
On a typical Friday night I am
Not wearing pants, that's for damn sure.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Alright, I admit it.
I'm not a real person, I'm just a very unlikely series of key strokes created by a cat walking on a keyboard.
You should message me if
Ideally? You'll challenge me to be better than I am.

You can bring some positive energy with you. I could use some more happy "let go do something!" people in my life.

And how about sharing my hobbies and interests. That would be just great.
