My self-summary
Hey! I’m Jenna. I love coffee shops, exploring the city, and Walden Pond. I grew up in England, but I moved to RI when I was 10 and got sucked in to the wonderful city that is Boston for college.

I love taking outings whether alone or with friends. I enjoy hiking, swimming, kayaking, and traveling. I would like to have more opportunities to camp. I love dogs, but can't have one at my apartment ( so if you have a particularly awesome pup, you should definitely message me.

I am a Christian and I attend a non-denominational church in Waltham. It is really important to me to find someone who shares these views with me because they are central to how I aspire to live my life.
What I’m doing with my life
I nanny for a wonderful family in Newton. After teaching in an intense environment for over a year and a half I sustained an injury on the job and left that position in order to recover. I love my nannying job, it is really relaxing and fun, but I hope to start working in a school setting again soon.
I’m really good at
I am a very nurturing person, I tend to look out for others before myself.
I am a competitive bored game player.
I make a really good home made salsa.
I am great at writing to do lists and not completing them.
And I have a nerdy side.
The first things people usually notice about me
Well over the last week I have received a lot of comments on my ability to form sentences well, and now that I have said that all following sentences will prove themselves to be formed badly. (just like that one)
I also have a tendency to be loud if I'm having fun.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I feel I have a strange set of interests:
books: classics such as Pride and Prejudice are alwasy a hit, but then I also loved reading Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I love romantic books, mysteries, and SciFi.
movies: same interests as books; romantic movies, mysteries, and SciFi
shows: Dr. Who, Firefly, The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, anything WWE..... and a few more
The six things I could never do without
Non-materialistic list:
1) Honesty
2) Loyalty
3) Integrity
4) Hope
5) Joy
6) Humor

Materialistic list:
1) My bible
2) My family
3) Berries
4) Coffee... lots and lots of coffee.
5) Tea... even more tea (I'm British. C'mon)
6) Music, especially worship music.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
my next opportunity to be spontaneous--> in turn destroying the spontaneity
On a typical Friday night I am
When I'm not working, Hanging out with friends, either grabbing dinner at a local pub or finding some other adventure
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I enjoy watching WWE wrestling. My brother and I used to watch it together when we were growing up, these days I feel like it is my weekly dose of soap opera.
You should message me if
you want to, but please have more substance then just asking how I am. For two reasons: no one ever answers that honestly when they are getting to know people and it doesn't really launch a conversation. I'd rather answer questions than get a how are you message.
