My self-summary
The platinum rule is something I believe in. Enriching my life with things that captivate me: connecting with nature, the rush of endorphins from a hard workout, accomplishing goals that I've set out for myself, personal development, spending quality time with friends and family, making connections and being social with others. I climb, I hike, I shoot, I go to Disneyland, I enjoy a good beer, I visit museums, I see shows, I venture out and have new experiences whenever I can. A little bit of an oxymoron, a little bit eclectic, a little bit of a goofball, a little bit adventurous, a little bit gregarious. I'm a random mixture of so many things, but aren't we all?
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a huge fitness nut that makes the best of everything and a huge optimist when it comes to life.

I smile at random strangers passing by and make friends easily, passing on good vibes where I can. You are the energy you put out into the world.

I work for a global company and love that numbers can tell a story. Moving numbers from here to there on a daily basis and love the challenges that my career provides me.

I've got multiple personal training certifications and specializations just because fitness is such a huge part of my life.

I meal prep and am active everyday because it makes me feel alive and accomplished. Though donuts and kettle corn are my kryptonite... Pure evil I say! Delicious sweet evil.

I hike, climb, workout, like to catch the sun when I can, enjoy a good beer, would enjoy an older scotch even better, Netflix just about anything for ambient noise, and cheat on my healthy foods on the weekends.

Having a strong sense of self worth is extremely sexy. Know who you are and own it.

Looking younger than I actually am... but really I love exploring the world around me and trying my hand at a bunch of different things. Jack of all trades, master of none type deal.

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
These days I read my personal training books and other health related articles. The last one was how Yoga can be bad on your joints if you're over exerting yourself. I love some classic movies like Spaceballs , The Princess Bride, the Rocky series, Beverly hills Cop but love the new stuff like Fight Club, Avengers, The Campaign, etc... Friends is always a classic and 3 and a Half men is pretty funny to me too. I listen to pretty much all types of music barring screamer metal and hard core line dancing country. I love RHCP and Foo Fighters. I grew up with 3 older sisters so Duran Duran, David Bowie, Tears For Fears, Depeche Mode, Inxs are familiar to me. I'm a huge food lover so pretty much anything is good to me.
Six things I could never do without
Although I hate to admit it I can't do without my phone. It's a love hate thing. It keeps us all connected but when we're together we mostly look at our phones. I've been consciously trying to minimize phone time. I can't do with out friends since they've always been there for me and vice versa. Same with family. Johny Walker Blue haha. Good music. It helps me focus. Some sort of activity. I get cranky with pent up energy and no release.

Which tropical location I want to visit/the next vacation I'm going to take. What kind of food I'm gong to enjoy over the weekend. The next goal I want to achieve. What life would be like if unhealthy food were good for you and vice verse.
On a typical Friday night I am
It depends really. If it was a rough work week I'll go out with friends post climbing and have food and beers. Just being out and about and being social. We are all connected some way or another.
