My self-summary
Midwest native who saw the Grand Budapest Hotel and decided that would be a fun career choice. I'm looking for someone who wants to go out and try new area restaurants, but also has the commitment to marathon a series on Netflix. Life is about balance, and mac & cheese.
What I’m doing with my life
Stat-padding my resume with jobs of increasing responsibilities. That currently means being a night auditor for a newly opened inn.

When I'm not burning the midnight oil I'm learning to play the guitar and planning my next two vacations.
I’m really good at
Using song lyrics in every day conversation.
Finishing what I sta
The first things people usually notice about me
That I'm quite tall without looking like Gumby.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: My Favorite books tend to be literary classics: Crime and Punishment, Turn of the Screw, I Am America (and so can you), the usual stuff.

Bands I enjoy include: Daft Punk, David Bowie, David Guetta, ABBA, Enrique Iglesias, Green Day, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Lady Gaga, The Offspring, G-Eazy, Pitbull, The Cars, Supertramp, Scooter, Sum 41, and Franz Ferdinand.

TV: Lost, X-Files, Ash vs Evil Dead, Peep Show, Scrotal Recall, Archer, Arrested Development, Fargo.

Movies: My favorite movies make me think (Donnie Darko, The Social Network) or make me feel (The Iron Giant)

Food: Take me to a good Chinese place and I'll eat for a day, teach me how to make Chinese food..and I'll still go to the Chinese restaurant.
The six things I could never do without
1. That little bit of extra fat in 2% milk.
2. Those old door stops that would make the really cool sounds when you flicked them.
3. 80s synthesizers.
4. A stocked spice rack.
5. Novelty Twitter Accounts.
6. The snooze button.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Wondering if the tiny house lifestyle is right for me.
Why cheese doesn't have a larger place on the food pyramid.
How to translate popular songs into broken Spanish.
What more items would be called if they had names like walkie-talkies.
On a typical Friday night I am
I'm usually teaching my fish valuable life skills so they can eventually move out of the tank. Outside of that I'm probably going to a new restaurant or catching up with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I cry every time I watch The Iron Giant. For real, "you stay, I go." gets me every time.
You should message me if
- Your pickup lines are cheesy enough to be a mac & cheese substitute.
- You want to debate which album was better by (insert band name here)
