My self-summary
I'll keep this short... And sweet (?).
I'm a simple guy. I'm seeking what I want out of life.
I don't drink or smoke, nor can I, medically, and I absolutely hate the smell of both tobacco and marijuana.
I tend to prefer the confines of a nice, inside environment where I can carry out a creative or logical conversation, or kick back and watch movies/play video games.

Life has, at a point in the last few years, kinda reset for me, so my tiny little hamster legs are still on the hamster wheel of life, just... I happened to be off that wheel dying in a little hamster medical bed for a snippet of my life.

I'm here seeking a relationship and, if nothing else, some new friends.

Feel free to message me. I don't bite! Not to imply that I'm toothless by any means.
What I’m doing with my life
I have been going through classes/training to get into voiceover work for some time now... It seems to be working out!

Meanwhile, I am working at Trader Joe's.

Otherwise, I am currently in the process of writing a book as well. I don't know if it's 'keeping busy' as much as it's just 'occupying my mind with stuff'. Who knows when this book will potentially be complete. I keep making edits and revisions and I'm not even a fraction of the way through it, yet.
I’m really good at
I've been told I'm a good writer...
I'm also good at saying things in an absurd way.
Turns out I'm pretty good at turning nouns into verbs as well.
Oh, and I'm good at making up character voices. Mostly through vocal training.
The first things people usually notice about me
Height. Probably.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Hard to narrow down-
Books- I haven't read as much as I'd like lately, but I tend to read fantasy or sci-fi books... Such as The Chronicles of Malus Darkblade. I always enjoy H.P. Lovecraft's work, as well. Lovecraft and fantasy novels aside, some of my favorites include Fahrenheit 451, Brave New World, A Roadside Picnic, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and more...

Movies- Anything I can interpret or that strikes me on a psychological level will usually entertain me. Not to say that I don't enjoy a good action movie or simple comedy... Also, movies that throw me off completely tend to work too. Some of my favorites (A few of them) are (obviously) Star Wars (Episodes IV, V, and VI), The Silence of the Lambs, Anomalisa, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Watchmen, The Wild Hunt, Mary and Max, The Usual Suspects, Stalker (Сталкер, The Andrei Tarkovsky film), Natural Born Killers, The Truman Show, Akira, 'Synecdoche, New York', Drive, and The Big Lebowski. Obviously, there are more, but I don't want to flood the list. I also have a feeling that Alejandro Jodorowsky's The Holy Mountain will end up on this list...

Shows- Daredevil, Firefly, Arrested Development, Twin Peaks, The Venture Bros., Rick and Morty, Hannibal, and a few more I think but I can't remember...

Music- Oh boy... I love music. Most forms of music... The only music that I generally do not listen to tends to be Country, but sometimes there is some Country I enjoy... I suppose rap/hip-hop falls into that category too.
So, as for my favorites, I'm going to go with a top ten (ten is a good number right?) because otherwise the list would be massive. So, top ten: Swans, Pink Floyd, (Old) Dream Theater, maudlin of the Well, Black Sabbath, Ghost B.C. (Music is music. I know I know, judge me), Tool, Leprous, Devin Townsend, and Mr. Bungle- An honorable mention 11th is Mars Red Sky... And some recent bands/artists that I fell in love with are MCC [Magna Carta Cartel], Einstürzende Neubauten, The Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble, Coil, and Lili Refrain.
Lately, I've been on a bit of a Neofolk kick - So I've been listening to a lot of Fire + Ice, Sol Invictus, Rome, Solanaceae, and like... :Of the Wand and the Moon:.

Food- I appreciate a nice, well cooked steak. Although my tastes are somewhat limited, it's hard to specify aside from saying 'I'm a very plain person'.
Six things I could never do without
Vital organs
Blood to fuel said organs
I guess I can't really live without oxygen either...
And the tolerable gravitational pull of our planet that does not crush us nor send us helplessly drifting into space.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Forgetting the Alamo.
On a typical Friday night I am
Schedules change weekly. Doing something to entertain myself if I can.
If I can help it, I'll be painting models. It's a hobby I've been trying to get back into. I play Warhammer 40k/Fantasy (Now Age of Sigmar... this is where I cry) tabletop.
Otherwise I'm working or at class.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
The fact that I'm on this website is pretty private, I'd say.
You should message me if
If you share my disdain toward the use of the words 'irregardless' and 'anyways'.
Also, if you're willing to get into a heated discussion about Star Wars lore (expanded universe and otherwise) with me. Or if you wanna discuss weird experimental music.

Oh, and I'm not an A-List member. So, I can't see your likes. With that in mind, message me, if you're interested!
