My demeanor is gentle, calm and I'm pretty laid back most of the time, but I'm a passionate and driven person, I work hard and believe that absolutely anything is possible. I've no patience for laziness and attitudes of self entitlement.
In complete contrast to my I-love-life positive nature (to clarify, I imagine my character more as bittersweet chocolate over toffee rather than say, cotton candy or bubble gum) I'm completely drawn to caustic wit, oddities and the darker side of life. I love urban decay, old industry, abandoned factories and institutions. I'm fascinated by history, language, science and plants and am obsessed with understanding how things work. I love elegance and grace but also appreciate the less savory side of things :)
Unfortunately I do tend to work a little too much.
As well, I have both a full sleeve and half sleeve tattoo which don't go unnoticed.
My favorite video games:
Fallout 3 and Fallout 3 New Vegas, Deus Ex and Deus Ex 3 (haven't had much time to play) Thief 1 and 2, Psychonaughts, Beyond Good & Evil, Daxter, Death Jr, Omikron, Systemshock and Bioshock
I always have a hard time choosing favorites, but the first movies that come to mind are- there are tons more though:
Attack the Block, Blade Runner, The Dark Crystal, The Batman movies (minus Batman Forever and Batman & Robin), Let the Right One In, Bronson, La Cité des Enfants Perdue, The original Star Wars trilogy, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Angel Heart, Labyrinth
Currently I've been enjoying:
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The League, Breaking Bad, Carnivale, Twin Peaks, Sons of Anarchy, Arrested Development, Game of Thrones
For music I'm all over the place:
The Flatliners, The Distillers and Spinerette, Underworld, The Clash, Rob Zombie, Depeche Mode, Metric, Prodigy, the Creepshow, Skrillex, White Stripes, The Decemberists as well as a lot of old school punk, industrial, goth, dub, electronica, breakbeat electro, dubstep, and even a bit of folk and bluegrass depending on my mood.
I LOVE FOOD!
But really, I don't limit any of the above to Friday nights- one of the benefits of being self employed!
