My self-summary
I am a starchitarian. I eat a whole food, plant based diet which can prevent and reverse the top killer diseases, cure the obesity epidemic, maximize physical attractiveness, increase energy levels and the best mental health. I hope you too are healthy and happy. Nothing else makes much sense.

I am not looking for a perfect person, I want to see the imperfect person perfectly.

I desire genuine, empathic, warm, compassionate companionship. I want to be inspired by my partner's (mostly) consistent caring, acceptance, goodness and decency. To feel love fueled by mutual respect for the kind of person each of us truly is.

Looking into someone's face and eyes while talking together is a wonderfully warm way to get to know another person (I get a nice feeling just thinking about it) and I believe listening to someone lets them know how much you care about them. I love to tell and be told life stories, accomplishments and other experiences which can be very enjoyable and also helps us understand one another, our feelings and how we got to this point.
What I’m doing with my life
I make the most of every day. I try to keep up with current events, I study nutrition, work in my garden, prepare delicious food that is healthy and full of antioxidants, talk to my dogs and laugh a lot.

Being optimally mentally and physically healthy, personal happiness, optimism, contentment, finding the most viable solutions to problems, learning how to make or do things, cooking delicious meals and showing affection.
The first things people usually notice about me
People tell me I do not look my age and I am taken by surprise by compliments on my hair every once in a while. I am happy and,love to laugh. My outlook is positive and I treat others with kindness.

Books: Scientific methods to health and wellbeing, classics, art, cooking, gardening, history and biography.
Movies: I enjoy well made movies of all genres.
Music: Jazz, Classic Rock, Classical, Opera, Bluegrass, Folk.
Food: Home Made, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Mediterranean, French.

What can I do to entertain myself? I have a vivid imagination and love to dream. I enjoy my own company very much, but would like to share the fun. Making sure I have all the ingredients for my recipe. l would love to help everyone learn to become healthy or at least much healthier both mentally and physically, just by eating delicious food. What I would like to plant next in my garden.
