My self-summary
I have been described as a masculine/macho dork. I am honest and caring, but also eccentric and sarcastic. I have as many intellectual pursuits as non. I know far too many random facts, and adsorb and retain anything I find interesting. I value honesty above all other virtues.I say I a lot.
What I’m doing with my life
Working at a world famous place in the suburbs (I'll give you a hint, I get to see a tiger every day) spending time with my family, especiallyy nieces and nephews, and enjoying good beer and good times.
I’m really good at
Saying incredibly inappropriate things at just the right time.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I look like some one they know. There have been many cases of mistaken identity. I have even had people confuse me for their cousins. Confirmed on this site lately. Two people in the past month thought I was a friend of a friend.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Brave New World (I love the whole dystopian future) The Dark Tower series, The Dresden Files, Song of Fire and Ice Series, The Nudist on The Late Shift........I just finished Johannes Cabal the detective.

Movies:The Big Lebowski, Old Boy, Fight Club, RockNRolla (most Guy Richie Films), The Empire Strikes Back, The Princess Bride, The life Aquatic With Steve Zisou(well pretty much anything Wes Anderson), Running with Scissors

TV:30 Rock, It's Always Sunny, Breaking Bad, Eastbound & Down, Dexter, Flight of the Concords, Lost, Fringe, The Walking Dead, Spartacus, Classic Simpsons, more....

Music; The Gaslight Anthem, Deathcab for Cutie, Apocalyptica, Arcade Fire, Florence and the Machine, Bat For Lashes, Tool, Blue October, Pearl Jam

As for food I will try anything, I have dated vegetarians and have learned to love Indian food, but steak and potatoes works just as well. I can cook and often do. I grew up cooking for my family most nights.
Six things I could never do without
The internet, what did we ever do without it
My family, not a cliche'
Fiction, a good story in any medium
Netflix see above
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Everything. Have you ever been driving down the highway and suddenly you are almost home and thought where did the time go, did I pass any tolls? Well I have. I am often deep in thought. Not always about serious stuff. Like the other day I had a eureka moment and exclaimed, "oh thats why they call it a store" true story
On a typical Friday night I am
Having friends over or going out on some random adventure.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Oh, wouldn't you like to know.
You should message me if
You are looking to add combination of wit, affection, sarcasm, and humor to you life.
