My self-summary
I suspect you and I would both prefer to be offline.
Don't all profiles sort of blur together after a while?
Show me yours and I'll show you mine. We like the same things? Great! We like different things? Great! New things to explore.

I really do love documentaries, rollerblading at the beach, making crepes, spontaneous road trips, and playing bocce - care to join?

Physical relationship? Yes please. PDA, hand holding, making out like tweens? Let's go!

My age is accurate, though I'm sure the expectation is that everyone lies - I decided not to.

I'm funny, creative, honest, employed, & intelligent - and you?
What I’m doing with my life
... moving forward, come with?
I’m really good at
Jacob's ladder (it's a string figure, like cat's cradle)
The first things people usually notice about me
I become more in focus as you get closer to me.
(both literally and figuratively)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
readable: Reading 'The Harder They Come' , no, seriously, T.C.Boyle.

watchable: Last year I canceled cable and joined a gym, so I watch little to no TV. I watched Silicon Valley and Portlandia online - hysterical! Black Mirror - OMG! I really enjoy documentaries - all topics. I take the UCLA Extension 'class' Sneak Previews (movies and discussions with the filmmakers). The Hammer Museum is another great resource for films and forums - mostly free(!). If you see me there, feel free to say 'hi' and give the secret OKC handshake.

listenable: Not a fan of the never ending drum solo, but I did like the movie 'Whiplash' so I guess everything is up for negotiation.
Isn't it great to be able to carry your entire music collection in your pocket? Why do I still have those 3 crates of vinyl?

I'm so happy Brooklyn Bagels opened nearby. They have ice cubes made from coffee!
The six things I could never do without
high fructose corn syrup
monosodium glutamate

. . . and love, of course!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I just read the OKC blog about all the studies done with data from users (like us!). A good read; I recommend it.

An interesting fact: what one writes in a profile is rarely read - like the text in People Magazine: it could be dots and dashes, no one is reading it, they are only looking at the pictures.
So if for some reason you:
a. are actually reading this
b. want to skew the OKC data,
let me know.
Additionally, I fear I have just fallen over a demographic cliff - becoming an age that is outside most men's search criteria.
**resigned sigh**
You should message me if
... you want to know more and wouldn't mind the drive to 90045 (LAX area).
You should also let me know if I misspelled something here - I promise I won't take it personally.
