My self-summary
My friend challenged me to write an honest profile, as I said I was getting fed up with online dating and the way people lie/judge. So here goes...

Hey I'm Jessi :)

Let’s start with the facts. I’m a 6ft tall redhead, size 14, wear contact lenses, have some tattoos and a double tongue piercing. I’m outgoing, I can be a little loud, I am very social, and very loyal when it comes to my friends. I go out, I drink a lot, and I’ve almost given up smoking.

My ideal life would be multiple festivals every summer, and ski trips in the winter. I love live music, but I’m not great at discovering new music until a friend forces it upon me. I’m pretty shy when you first meet me, but that’s because I’m a little insecure. Once you’ve gotten to know me I’m pretty down to earth, somewhat brutally honest and a bit of a joker. Cover me in glitter and offer me a gin and tonic, I’ll be a very happy girl!

I’m trying my hardest to live a healthy lifestyle, I go running twice a week and gym twice on top of that, but I just can’t say no to an indian every once in a while! I’m an adventurer. I love a busy life, I would want a partner to have an equally exciting social life, and be happy to mix in with mine. I’ve been single for a couple of years, so wouldn’t want a relationship that cut me off from my friends. On the other hand, if you want a night out without me with the guys, no problem! As long as you’re happy that I will be going out with the girls in your absence ;) If I were to pick the two things that were most important in a relationship to me, they would be honesty and spontaneity.

In my quiet times, I love reading, a bit of freelance design work and a night in with homemade pizza, cuddles, a slanket and a glass of red.

Still interested? Woah. Drop me a message :)
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a Digital Art & Technology graduate from the University of Plymouth, and I'm working on a few side projects at the moment. I work in Covent Garden and love central London!
I’m really good at
quoting comedy films, laughing, getting a seat on the tube.

I'd love to say I'm awesome at skiing but I sadly lack the no-fear attitude to throw myself down the mountain at high speed. That's not to say I stick to 5mph on green slopes mind you!

I'm quite a good cook; well, I'm experimental at least! And I'm ace at all things Mac.
The first things people usually notice about me
My height. Also my natural redheadded-ness. I'm easy to talk to once we've broken the ice, and like to make jokes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I read a lot of fantasy book series, such as Sabriel, The Broken Empire, The Blood & Tears Trilogy, His Dark Materials, The Wind Singer, Patrick Rothfuss, Brandon Sanderson and obviously a Song of Ice and Fire.

Films-wise, I love comedy. Easy watching mainly! But ever so often I'll get into something juicier. Maybe you'd like to educate me?

TV-wise, I'm still mainly into my comedy! Absolutely Fabulous, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Green Wing, Have I Got News For You, etc. Also Dexter, House, Game of Thrones (!!!!), Suits, Mad Men, Sons of Anarchy, Orange is the New Black, House of Cards.

I go to a lot of gigs and festivals. I suppose I'm a classic rock girl, but I go to quite a few dance/dnb nights too. I don't like plastic pop crap such as The Saturdays or what not, but anything with guitars and I'm happy. Dream festival line up would be Def Leppard, AC/DC, Queen, Motley Crue, Prince (😔), The Rolling Stones, Slash, The Prodigy, David Bowie (😔) and Fleetwood Mac (or even just Stevie Nicks).

And food? I'm easy! I do love going out to eat but love cooking too (not that anyone could call me a chef...)
The six things I could never do without
Tea - give me all the teas. I love all kinds.
Music - live and loud please.
Travel - I have such an urge to explore!
Phone - but mainly for Google maps. I walk everywhere!
Camera - I document my life. My friends love/hate it.
Gin - with tonic & elderflower over ice. Yes.
On a typical Friday night I am
Seeing a band, out with friends, staying in watching horrendously bad TV (no, I don't sink so low as to watch X Factor), or hanging out at my friend's place with gin and Monopoly (yes, I'm serious. Rock and roll Friday night!)
You should message me if
You've gotten to the bottom of this and actually think we'd have interesting conversation!
