I'm talking about the counter-culture that thinks "The Dark Knight" sucks and believes "Batman & Robin" to be an unsung, comedy gem.
I'm also kind, caring and genuinely interested in getting to know you, should we click!
I enjoy walking, writing, movies, video games, and lengthy, in-depth discussions such as "would Superman or Goku win in a fight?" (hint: Superman.)
*Disclaimer: I'm way more normal than what this roller-coaster ride of a profile will lead you to believe. So don't fear about my ability to stay calm and classy and restrain my urge to argue with people who say things like "Super Mario Land is the worst Mario game."
I've had two fright-filled seasons as a Zombie SWAT Officer at "Terror Behind the Walls," and you can currently see my smiling face in "How to Get Away with Murder," "Billions," "Master of None," "Quantico" and, it's-pretty-much-Rocky-7, "Creed."
I've also been working on an overly complicated board game (think Risk meets Monopoly but in space) and a short film!
I also have this weird knack for creating characters, stories and worlds, but then fail to actually make them a reality. So that means plenty of production bibles, but no production.
I'm also a champion cuddler.
There's also probably the "why is this rascal dressed as a Star Sheriff?"
A reasonable question.
As for modern television, "Designated Survivor," "American Ninja Warrior," "This is Us," "One Punch Man," and "Gilmore Girls." Yes, even much of the wonky new season.
I'm actively infuriated by crime dramas and their lack of real overarching plots, and avoid things everyone loves, like "Game of Thrones" and especially "The Walking Dead."
As for films, I was a film major, so my taste is eclectic at best. "Star Wars," Kurosawa, "The Last Starfighter," etc.
I'm a very slow reader, but I'm currently in the middle of two "Star Wars" novels, "Cosmos" by Carl Sagan, "The Name of the Wind," and a collection of Washington Irving stories. I also enjoy DC graphic novels and comics (I become less and less enamored by Marvel with each passing minute.)
With music, I prefer classical, or film and video game soundtracks, although I'm not adverse to music with lyrics, such as "The Killers" or 80s hair metal.
This is a stupid section.
I know it's gotta be something creative, but I can't yet pinpoint it!
Perhaps you can change up my routine by going on a date with me? ^_^
I frequently match my socks, shirt and boxers, although my boxers tend to be ironically related to the shirt I'm wearing.
But otherwise, if anything on here has caught your attention, feel free to let me know.
I really like meeting people who are different than me because I love to learn about things I'm unfamiliar with (and I'd hope that you do, too!) So even if it doesn't seem like we'd be a good match on the surface, don't let that stop you from messaging. You might be surprised!
