My self-summary
I'm a caring, down-to-earth, and positive person. I try to make people comfortable when they're around me. I come from a family with a lot of love and good values. I'm easy going and I'm not into games or drama.

Although I love living in the city, I also love the hiking trips I take every year where I can escape the noise and congestion. I've been to over 20 National Parks and have seen some breathtaking scenery. I went up to Ithaca this fall when it was peak foliage, which was beautiful! I went to Iceland recently and there was also beautiful and unique scenery! Another thing I love is taking pictures.
What I’m doing with my life
When I tell people I work at a hospital, the next question is, "Are you a nurse?" No, I'm not. And when I say I'm a Training Manager, the next question is "Who are you training?" Let's see if you can guess this one.
A) Patient Advocates
B) Care Advisors
C) Research Study Assistants
D) Patient Financial Coordinators
I’m really good at
listening when someone needs me, being curious about people before judging them, doing my own nails.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm not entirely sure, but if I shake hands with a guy for the first time, he sometimes tells me I have a firm handshake.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: I recently read Me Before You and really liked it. Even though books are always better than their movies, I did like the movie of it!

Movies: Love Actually, Romeo and Juliet, Titanic, The Princess Bride, Slumdog Millionaire, Coming to America, The Wizard of Oz.

Shows: Well I watch the Today Show every morning. Does that count? I don't watch a lot of TV. Sometimes when I sit down to eat I'll put on some DVR'd episodes of Project Runway, So You Think You Can Dance, or Chopped.

Music: I listen to Pandora sometimes while I'm at work. Mostly top 40 pop, but sometimes late 60's/70's, 80's, Show Tunes/Soundtracks (keeps me entertained), and Classical (when I need to focus).

Food: I can't seem to turn down a bagel with cream cheese, lox, tomato, and onion (I mean, I'm Jewish aren't I?). I also love salt and vinegar potato chips, eggplant parm, mac & cheese, sesame chicken, and pad Thai. I get excited when I notice sweet potato fries on a menu, and I almost always replace regular fries with those instead. You might be surprised at the only 3 things I don't eat, which are Mexican food, sushi, and cheesecake. Those tend to be most people's favorites, go figure!
The six things I could never do without
My Family
My Friends
A camera
I spend a lot of time thinking about
all of the amazing things there are to do in this city and how I look forward to enjoying them with someone special.
On a typical Friday night I am
either relaxing at home or hanging out with my friends at a restaurant or someone's apartment. I've got a great group of friends who mix really well with each other so it's always fun when we get together.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I sleep with stuffed animals.
You should message me if
you are looking to build a future with someone, and you are genuine, caring, honest, and funny. I'd also prefer if you're Jewish :)
