My self-summary
Well, the name's Josh. I'm 29, and, as I hope you'll see, I'm not too terrible, ;). I'm a really down-to-earth kind of guy, and I'm completely comfortable just being me. I can be described as honest, caring, intelligent, passionate, and adventurous. I have no children of my own, but I am an uncle to two of the cutest little girls you'll ever see. :) Though I have many passions, my true love is motorcycles. I've been riding all my life and it's one thing I'll never move away from. I'm open-minded, and believe that when it's real, that's one of the greatest assets a person can possess. I'm in the process of starting a new chapter of life, you could say. I guess the purpose of this profile is to potentially find someone to share that new chapter with.
What I’m doing with my life
I work too many hours and attend classes part time for computer science. Exciting, I know.
I’m really good at
Being modest. (Ha-ha; see what I did there)? :P
The first things people usually notice about me
That I'm a bi-lateral above-knee amputee, perhaps? Just a guess, haha. Otherwise, probably my sense of humor. I'm pretty sarcastic, and quite often, you can catch me being "less than serious". Even if it's just to amuse myself, :P. What fun is life if you can't find the humor in it?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: I love to read. Anything by Stephen King is great.
Movies: I dig all kinds of movies, so it's hard to pick a favorite.
Shows: Top Gear, Pawn Stars, American Pickers, Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead...
Music: Again, I like most music, but indie type bands are my favorite: The National, Murder By Death, Arcade Fire, The Killers, Blue October...
Food: I'll happily eat most anything, but Italian and Mexican are tops.
The six things I could never do without
1: Motorcycles
2: Internet
3: Music
4: Freedom
5: Sarcasm
6: Legs! Oh, wait...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The relationship between, and significance of, humanity and the infinite cosmic universe around us; the true meaning of life; the unanswerable yet undeniable questions surrounding the ideas of God, religion, afterlife, and even time itself; then - what's for dinner.
On a typical Friday night I am
Making sure said Friday night doesn't remain typical for long.

You didn't feel that reading my profile was a complete waste of your time. If you did, however, I'm terribly sorry. Sort of. :)
