My self-summary
I'm a stripper, and I'm in the BDSM community. If you're going to judge me for either of those things, look elsewhere. Do not ask where I work or about my job.

That being said, I love to read, write, play guitar, paint, cook/bake, and travel. I spent a year traveling around the United States with my ex. It was definitely an interesting experience. Destroyed our relationship, but hey, you win some, you lose some.

I think the most important thing to know about me is that I'm a very compassionate person, and I care a lot about people, animals, and the world at large. If you don't, and don't consider yourself to be an empathetic, caring person, we will probably have a hard time connecting.

I'm not in college right now, but I'm going back in Spring 2014. I want to study Biology, and I love science in general. I also wish to become fluent in Mandarin and Spanish. I'm very liberal, and I'm always willing to discuss that with people, but if you think gay people are evil and rape victims had it coming, we probably won't mesh well. I've always identified as Atheist/Agnostic, but I enjoy discussing other people's religions with them.

I adore animals of all kinds, and I sort of wish dragons were real. Let me rephrase that. I wish intelligent, talking dragons who wanted to be friends with me and not eat me were real.

I love anything involving water. Kayaking, swimming, tubing, canoeing, you name it, I probably love it.

I love tea, and I have a few beautiful tea sets from various relatives.

I love a lot of things, so it's hard to put them all down here. More than anything, I'm passionate about the things I love. If you aren't passionate about anything in your life, then what is the point of your life? I'm not going to enjoy conversation with people that involves them saying "Yeah, I don't know, I drink, go out with friends, stuff like that, whatever, it doesn't really matter." So if you think that that's the most you can put into a conversation, don't waste your time with me.
What I’m doing with my life
After I get my Bachelor's, I hope to join the Peace Corps for a couple of years, and help needy children in third world countries.
I’m really good at
Baking! I've been baking for ten years, and I really enjoy it. I'm also not a bad cook. I'm fairly good at learning languages quickly, and I'm a good test taker, though I will freeze up if quizzed randomly by someone.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have a very large smile that makes my eyes crinkle. I'm also quite cheerful, and will immediately start to talk about fanfiction, science, or fantasy if given the chance.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love the Kushiel's Legacy series by Jacqueline Carey, and I'm also a Harry Potter nerd. I'm reading Sherlock Holmes at the moment. I also love the television shows Sherlock, Supernatural, Suits, Glee, Merlin, Downton Abbey, Ringer, Big Bang Theory, Once Upon a Time, Buffy, Angel, Queer as Folk, Star Trek:Voyager, Breaking Bad, New Girl, Lost, and Dexter. I also have a somewhat unfortunate weakness for Teen Wolf. My favorite movies include Secretary, Star Trek, The 10th Kingdom, Avatar, Ever After, Interview with the Vampire, Lord of the Rings, Fight Club, and Independence Day. As far as music, my tastes are varied. I like Fall Out Boy, Mumford and Sons, Eve 6, Of Monsters and Men, The Lonely Island, Serj Tankian, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Death Cab for Cutie, and Disturbed. In regards to food, I like most things, but my stomach can be a bit temperamental, so I'm careful when it comes to Asian cuisine, but I've always hated Indian food. The smell of curry is enough to make me want to vomit. I have mixed feelings about seafood. I'm usually willing to try anything at least once.
Six things I could never do without
Books, slash fanfiction, BDSM, my cat, good conversation, and Supernatural.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Politics and Religion. I know that those are the two things We're Not Supposed To Talk About, but I've never really understood why. They're both very important to me, and I have a hard time dating someone whose political and religious beliefs don't match up to mine, not because I'm averse to talking about it, but mostly because it gets exhausting after a while, and I find that someone's political and religious views say a lot about who they are at their core. I don't have a lot of respect for people who are apathetic about the fate of our country and the world. I get pretty sick of hearing people say that it doesn't matter to them, or that politics are too corrupt to worry about. I also think about the world, and how to best use my skills to help others.

Honestly, lately the biggest thing I've been thinking about is the television show Supernatural. I've been contemplating the Epic Love Story of Sam and Dean, and trying to understand why the hell anyone would ship Destiel instead of Wincest. Sam and Dean are soul mates. Dean and Cas are just friends. Sheesh.

I spend a lot of time contemplating life, physics, biology, and all the many different people out there that I've never gotten the chance to meet. I wish there was a way that I could meet every person in the world that I'm compatible with on a friendship level, and I suppose this is a good first step.
On a typical Friday night I am
Working, or attending a BDSM event, or hanging out with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm kinky, and I've been addicted to slash fanfiction since the age of thirteen.
You should message me if
You didn't instantly think that I must be easy and/or have low morals because I'm a kinky stripper. If that was your first thought, you're sorely mistaken.

I tried opening up my profile to men, but that was a mistake. I think if I meet a man I like, it'll be in real life, not on the Internet.

I love good conversation, so if you're one of the rare people in the world who matches up with me, then I'd love to hear from you. I would prefer a semi-long, well thought-out message, to show that you actually care about getting to know me and have fully read my profile. Include your favorite television show and novel, or I'll just delete your message. Also, correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation is very important to me. Just because we're on the Internet, it doesn't mean that you can't type properly.

I'm not a unicorn, and I'm not interested in being the 'third' to an existing relationship, or having a threesome, or anything involving three people. If I'm going to be with someone, it'll be them and me, no one else. That being said, if you're two bi guys who are interested in a Devil's Three-way, I'd consider it, but only if you two were willing to have sex with each other as well as me.

I deeply dislike instant messaging and text messaging, so if you attempt to initiate either of those methods of communication, don't be offended when I don't respond, please.
