My self-summary
Good grief... That's asking for introspection and truth, on the INTERWEBZ!!11!!

I love people, I'll people-watch all day. I call it swimming in the sea of life. I work in animal welfare, fixing problems, dealing with often angry people, making things better.

I am often content to sit and just BE. A hard ride on the waterfront, interspersed with resting with a book or counting seagulls is my idea of a good afternoon.

My friends say I can be quirky.

I'll add more...
What I’m doing with my life
Living it.
I’m really good at
Having strongly held opinions, fixing problems, helping, telling bad jokes (of which I have 3).
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile, my eyes and the way I'll talk to anyone.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Well I don't watch TV per se, I'll watch documentaries, usually online, not having cable...

I'll eat anything twice, but I especially like Indian, Tibetan, Ukrainian, Greek, Moroccan.

Movies? To KIll a Mockingbird, Secrets and Lies, Monster's Ball and I love Hugh Grant movies. That last part is sad, really. :)

Music: classic rock peppered with an eclectic mix of almost anything else except rap.

Book: It wouldn't be accurate to specify anything. I read voraciously, history, social science, some trash, a sprinkling of current novels, the human condition.
Six things I could never do without
Books, good food, tea and coffee, my bicycle, a purpose, ...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
On a typical Friday night I am
not typical.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
My friends, not acquaintances but friends, are exclusively female.
The two of us
